AIIMS Nagpur issues reporting Instructions of MD, MS Candidates January 2022 Session

Nagpur: Through recent notices, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur (AIIMS) has released Instructions for reporting of Postgraduates MD/MS Candidates January 2022 Session

All the concerned medicos are hereby advised to take note of the following instructions as released on the official website of AIIMS Nagpur:

1. All students who have exercised option 1 (i.e. retaining their seat at AIIMS Nagpur) should get DD of Rs.3027/- (Three thousand twenty seven rupees only) in the name of "The Director, AIIMS Nagpur" payable at Nagpur at the time of reporting.

2. Original documents to be submitted while reporting are as follows:

I. Offer letter

II. Allocation letter

III. Registration slip

IV. Admit card issued by AIIMS

V. Mark sheets of MBBS 1st ,2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.

VI. MBBS Degree certificate

VII. Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institute or college that the candidate will be completing the internship on or before 31st January 2022.

VIII. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council.

IX. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate for proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)

X. The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:

a) SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority.

b) OBC/EWS Certificate issued by the competent authority and that have been issued within the dates as prescribed, should be in English or Hindi language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC(NCL)/EWS certificate should be same as provided to examination section AIIMS, New Delhi within the due dates.

c) Physical Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.

3. Students with option 2 & not submitting above original documents should submit Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) in the name of "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" at the time of reporting.
