AACCC Issues notice on Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy Rounds For UG AYUSH Counselling, details
Delhi: Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has issued details related to the 3rd/mop-up round and stray vacancy round conducted by the deemed university at institute level-reg. A list of candidates who secured AIQ seats through rounds 1 & 2 of AACCCUG Counseling 2022 has also been released.
3rd / mop-up round –
Eligibility criteria -
1. Candidates who register for the first time.
2. Registered candidates who have not been allotted seats in rounds 1 & 2.
3. Candidates who submit willingness for up-gradation at the time of joining at round- 1 allotted Institute but not upgraded in round 2.
4. Candidates who submit willingness for up-gradation at the time of joining at round- 1 allotted Institute but did not participate in the 2nd round of counseling.
5. round 1 admitted Candidates availed of free exit within the stipulated period.
6. Candidates admitted in round 2 and opted willingness for up-gradation of their admitted seats.
7. Candidate allotted seat in the 2nd round and availed free exit (not joined).
8. Candidate withdraws from the 2nd round allotted seat, 3 days before commencement of the 3rd round, with forfeiture of Security Money (Need to remit the complete fees again).
Admission rules –
1. Candidates who have been allotted/Upgraded a seat in the 3rd / mop-up round must join the allotted/Upgraded institute. If candidates do not join the allotted/Upgraded seats, their security money will be forfeited, and they will become ineligible for further AYUSH-UG counseling. (Central/State/UT/Central Pool Quota).
2. There is no free exit during 3 rd/mop-up round.
3. All candidates are advised to ensure that the allotted college online mode makes the admission process only by generating the "Provisional Admission Letter" from the AACCC UG portal. Any admission made through offline mode shall be treated as null & void.
4. All participating institutes are instructed to facilitate the admission/reporting of students, even on holidays, if necessary.
Stray vacancy round –
As per the AACCC-UG counseling Scheme 2022, the AIQ seats of Deemed Universities that remain vacant after the 3 rd/Mop-Up round of AACCC-UG Counseling 2022 will revert to the respective Deemed Universities for conduction of Stray Vacancy round at the Institute level.
In this regard, it is to inform that those candidates who have registered in the AACCC-UG portal (www.aaccc.gov.in) are eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy round Conducted by Deemed Universities at the Institute level.
Further, the AACCC, M/o Ayush, shall not approve the admission of not registered candidates through the Stray Vacancy round conducted by Deemed Universities. Therefore, candidates who have not yet registered on the AACCC-UG portal and wish to participate in the Stray Vacancy round conducted by the Deemed Universities are advised to register on the AACCC-UG portal during the 3rd / Mop-Up round of AACCC-UG Counseling 2022.
There will not be any new registration after the 3 rd/ mop-up round of AACCC-UG Counseling-2022.
The list of candidates who secured AIQ seats through rounds 1 & 2 of AACCCUG Counseling 2022 –
As per the approved AACCC- UG Counseling Scheme -2022, candidates admitted in rounds 1 & 2 of AACCC-UG Counseling 2022 and holding their respective All India Quota seats (Govt. /Govt. Aided/ CU/ NI/Deemed Universities) are not allowed to vacate their admitted seats from 20.12.2022 onwards.
Further, candidates who secured their AIQ seats through rounds 1 & 2 of AACCC- UG Counseling 2022 are not allowed to participate in counseling for admission to UG (BAMS/ BSMS/BUMS/ BHMS) courses under State Quota/ UT Quota/ Institutional Quota/ Central pool Quota / AIQ (Private Institute), etc. for the A.Y 2022-23.
Therefore, all State/UT Counseling Authorities are requested not to allow these candidates to participate in the counseling for admission to UG (BAMS/ BSMS/BUMS/ BHMS) courses for the academic year 2022-23. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
