AACCC notifies on Correction, Registration Unlocking Facility for 3rd, Stray Vacancy Rounds for PG AYUSH Admissions
New Delhi : Through a recent notice, the AACCC has informed about the Correction Facility/Registration Unlocking Facility for 3rd Round & Stray Vacancy Round of PG AYUSH counselling 2021.
Candidates who already registered & submitted application form for AACCC-PG Counseling & want to edit/correct the submitted information are hereby informed that AIAPGET, 2021 aspirants who have inadvertently filled wrong information in the registration form in the AACCC-PG Counseling, 2021 or those who want edit/add/modify counseling quota (Govt or Govt.Aided/ CU or NI / Deemed University) are being further granted an opportunity to edit/correct their registration/application form.
The candidates who have already registered in Round-1, Round-2 & Round-3 can avail this facility from 3:00 PM of 25/02/2022 to 12:00 PM of 27/02/2022.
This facility is available as a one-time measure. After availing said facility once, no further request in this regard will be entertained by the AACCC, M/o Ayush. For availing this facility, candidates need to logging into AACCC portal (www.aaccc.gov.in), and then click on 'Registration unlocking' tab which is available under 'Available Services' Section.
Candidates who wish to participate in 3rd/Mop-Up Round and Final Stray Vacancy Round of AACCC-PG counselling.
The AIQ (Govt. /Govt. Aided /CU/NI) seats remain vacant after 2nd Round will be converted during 3rd /Mop-up of counselling as per the algorithm mentioned in the AACCC-PG counselling Scheme & FAQ's, only if the reserved seat is not opted by any candidate/non-availability of candidate of that particular category in 3rd /Mop-up Round. Further, unreserved category candidates cannot claim the reserved seats shown to them as a virtual vacancy, if the same seat is opted by the candidate of that particular category.
 If a candidate allotted a seat in Round-3, he/she must join the allotted seat, otherwise the security money will be forfeited and candidate will become ineligible for any further Counseling.(Central/ State/UT's)
 The AACCC, M/o Ayush will not provide any provision for seat surrender/withdrawal if a candidate allotted a seat in Round-3/Mop-Up Round.
 The list of ineligible candidates will be forwarded to all State/UT's Counseling Authorities after 3rd/Mop-Up Round for prohibiting them to participate in any further counseling.
Final Stray Vacancy Round
The vacant seats (non-reporting/withdrawn) of Govt./Govt. Aided /CU/NI which were earlier reverted back to respective States after completion of 3rd /Mopup Round of AACCC-PG counseling will continue to be filled in the Final Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush, through online mode. For Deemed Universities, the Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the respective Deemed University, on its own.
 There will be no Fresh Registration and no fresh choice filling in Final Stray Vacancy Round.
 The choices filled during 3rd/Mop-Up round will be considered for allotment in Final Stray Vacancy Round and seats will be allotted as per choices submitted during 3rd/Mop-up round. Therefore, candidates are advised to do choice filling carefully during 3rd/Mop-up Round.
 The AACCC, M/o Ayush will not provide any provision for seat surrender/withdrawal if a candidate allotted a seat in Final Stray Vacancy Round.Further, if a candidate allotted a seat in Final Stray Vacancy Round, he/she must join the allotted seat, otherwise the security money will be forfeited and candidate will become ineligible for any further Counseling.(Central/ State/UT's)

AACCC, M/o Ayush is receiving lot of queries from the candidates regarding inability to view all choices as per conversion algorithm.
In this regard, it is informed that, due to some technical error, all the choices as per conversion algorithm are not visible in the AACCC-PG portal.
Therefore, all participating candidates are advised to revise their choices which will be made available in the AACCC-PG portal, after applying conversion algorithm.
List of In-eligible candidate's for participation in Post-graduate (PG) Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy (ASU & H) State quota / UT quota/Institutional quota / Nominated seat counselling 2021 has also been released by the AACCC.
The List of the In-eligible candidate's as per approved PG Counselling scheme for admission to ASU & H all India quota PG seats, candidates admitted in Round 1 & 2 of all India quota PG counseling and holding their respective all India quota seats are not allowed to vacate their admitted seats. Such candidates are also not allowed to further participate in any other counseling i.e. State quota/UT quota/ Institutional quota/ Nominated seat etc. counseling.
Therefore, all Counselling Authorities are requested to not allow these candidates (System wise list of in-eligible candidates attached) to participate in the counseling, which are being conducted by them for admission to ASU & H PG courses for the academic year 2021-22.
