BCECEB To hold Round 2 Counselling For PG Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani Courses tomorrow

Bihar: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has announced the counselling schedule for PG AYUSH courses round 2 for the academic year 2023-24.

As per the notice, the will be held on 29.11.2023 at I.A.S. Bhawan, Near Patna Airport, Patna-800014 from 10:00 am. The counselling process will be held for PG Ayurveda, PG Homeopathy, and PG Unani courses in offline mode. The detailed roll number-wise schedules are enclosed in the notices below.

The candidates who are qualified on the basis of AIAPGET-2023 and who have duly applied in response to Adv. No.- BCECEB(PGMAC)-2023/10 & 2023/11 Dated 17.11.2023 as well as Adv. No.- BCECEB(PGMAC)- 2023/03 & 2023/04 Dated 26.10.2023 and found eligible as per revised cutoff are included in 2nd counselling programme for reshuffling / fresh allotment of MD / MS (Ayurveda) courses in Govt. Ayurvedic College, Patna / D.A. Medical College & Hospital, Siwan (Private), MD Homeopathy courses in Govt. R.B.T.S. Homoeopathy Medical College, Muzaffarpur / GD Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Patna (Private), and MD (Unani) courses in Govt. Tibbi College, Patna, as per corresponding eligibility criteria.

Each eligible candidate has to appear for counselling on the scheduled date along with already 'online' filled part-A and Part-B of the application form, the original certificates/documents and other required enclosures as per the prospectus of PGMAC-2023 [Ayush] for MD / MS (Ayurveda), MD Homeopathy, and MD Unani. After verification of certificates/documents/ identity, the course/institution will be allotted on the basis of Merit-cum-choice to eligible candidates as per the prospectus of PGMAC-2023 [Ayush] for MD / MS (Ayurveda).

The PGMAC - ID of reserve category candidates who competed in the Unreserved category have been included in Unreserved (UR) as well as in their respective reserved categories. The seat of the reserved category will remain open during the counselling of the UR category, and Reserved Category candidates present in the UR merit list will have the option to opt UR seat as well as their category seat. Therefore, Reserve Category (RC) candidates who are included in the Unreserved Category must come for 2 counselling on the date fixed at their Unreserved Category merit serial for the option of course/institution available in the Unreserved category as well as reserve category, otherwise, the reserved category seat available at their merit Serial may be opted and allotted to the candidate of lower merit for which be they themself could be responsible. This is to be noted that as per reservation policy, Seats of the UR category, which will be blocked due to such jumpover, will be opened only on the day of the respective categories counselling.

The candidates participating in the Counselling on the scheduled date & time are advised to come prepared to stay the next day if needed. The Seat matrix for 2nd counselling is available on the Board's website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The candidates are advised to see the vacancy before attending the counselling.

Inclusion of any PGMAC - ID in the above 2nd Counselling/ Interview programme does not guarantee admission. Candidates in excess of the available seats are being called for Counselling / Interviews to ensure filling vacancies that may arise due to absentees. Hence, if seats field up, counselling of the concerned category will be postponed, and then the rest of the candidates have to return back.

The candidates who are admitted to any Govt. / Pvt. institutions under All India Quota in India conducted by AACCC are not eligible for 2nd Counselling.

The candidates are required to bring all the certificates/documents as per the prospectus of positively at the time of counselling otherwise, they will not be eligible for admission. Rank Card is available on the Board's website. Candidates can download their rank card by visiting the link "Rank Card of PGMAC AYUSH Ayurveda/Homeopathy/Unani 2nd Counselling by entering their PGMAC ID and Date of Birth.

If a candidate called for Counselling / Interview is found ineligible as per the prospectus and/or the latest order/ orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court/ Supreme Court or Department of Health in matters related to PGMAC-2023 for MD / MS (Ayurveda)/Homeopathy/Unani, his / her candidature is liable to be rejected.

Each eligible candidate will be allowed to exercise his/ her option for Course/ Institution from amongst those available at his/ her merit serial after his/ her original Certificates/ Documents and identity are verified. A candidate who is absent or fails to appear on the scheduled date & time of his/ her Counselling/Interview may appear for Counselling at any time during the period of Counselling of his/her respective category. Still, in that case, he/ she will have the option of Course/ Institution available at the time of his/ her actual reporting.

The following documents are to be submitted –

1. Original Admit Card and Rank Card of AIAPGET-2023

2. Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.

3. Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.

4. Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of BAMS/BHMS/BUMS Degree.

5. Residential Certificate.

6. Caste Certificate.

7. Rotatory internship completion certificate.

8. No objection certificate from employer, if any.

9. Ayurveda/Homeopathy/Unani Registration certificate.

10. Six copies of the passport-size photographs, which were pasted on the Admit Card of AIAPGET-2023.

11. Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of PGMAC for MD /MS (Ayurveda)-2023/MD Homeopathy/MD Unani

12. Aadhar Card.

13. Rank Card of PGMAC(Ayush)-2023 [Ayurveda/Homeopathy/Unani].

14. The Check Slip as downloaded along with the Rank Card in 2 (Two) copies, Biometric Identification Report Form 1 (one) copy.

15. Any other documents required (if any), such as DQ (PH) / EWS certificate

Each candidate should note that once the Course/ Institution opted at the time of his/ her Counselling at his merit serial and the same is allotted to him/ her, no subsequent request for change of course and/ or Institution shall be entertained. Admission fee and other related charges shall have to be deposited at the time of admission in the concerned college.

The final seat matrix will be available at the time of the counselling process.
