CEE Reopens Applications for PG Homeopathy Stray Vacancy Allotment 1st Round
Kerala- The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) has reopened the facility of submission of applications for allotment of stray vacancy 1st round for admission to Postgraduate (PG) Homeopathy courses for the academic year 2024-25.
As per the notification in this regard, the facility to submit fresh online applications for admission to PG Homeopathy Courses for the academic year 2024-25 has been re-opened before the stray vacancy 1st round as per NCISM directives for the academic session 2024-25.
Therefore, qualified candidates who have not submitted applications to the CEE can now register themselves for allotment of stray vacancies 1st round for admission to the PG Homeopathy courses 2024 till 19 November 2024 upto 4:00 PM through the CEE official website. While registering, candidates have to enter the required AIAPGET 2024 details and then the candidate should remit the required application fee by way of online payment. Candidates shall upload the candidates' photo and signature, as well as all necessary certificates and documents, after paying the required application fee.
Meanwhile, defective and incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. No correspondence will be undertaken in this regard. Candidates will be allowed, neither to include any information in the application form nor to submit any certificates/documents claiming reservation or any benefits after the submission of the application. No need to send the printout of the application or any documents to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
At the same time, candidates can give options as per their priority of the Course-College combinations from the available options. Candidates allotted to the course should take admission to the college allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the CEE. The candidate who fails to take admission will lose their allotment as well as the claims for further online allotments, if any. No extension of time for reporting to the college will be granted under any circumstances.
APPLICATION FEE
The General candidates and Service Quota candidates have to pay Rs 900 and the SC/ST candidates will have to pay Rs 450. The fresh applicants, who find a place in the rank list, can participate in the stray vacancy filling allotment, subject to the condition that none of the allotments/admissions carried out in the previous allotments are disturbed. The Stray Vacancy allotment will be conducted to fill up the expected vacant seats and vacancies arising, if any.

MINIMUM PERCENTILE CRITERIA

FEES
The candidates are liable to pay the admission fee as prescribed by the University concerned at the time of admission. Therefore, for Government Homeopathy Colleges, the tuition fee is Rs 10,500/-per annum.
IMPORTANT POINTS
1 Candidates of Kerala origin, except those who have already submitted applications to the Commissioner for Entrance examinations, can submit online applications to be considered for allotment to Homeopathy Seats. Multiple applications will lead to the cancellation of candidature.
2 As per the directives, Ayush UG Admission of National Commission for Homoeopathy, Reduction of minimum percentile criteria of AIAPGET 2024 by 15 percentile across all categories for admission in PG courses of Homoeopathy for the academic year 2024-25.
3 Fresh applicants who wish to be considered for admission to various reservation category seats or for any income-based fee concessions should submit, along with the online application, the required supporting documents (Community Certificate, Non-creamy Creamy Layer Certificate for State education purpose, EWS certificate, income certificate, etc. as the case may be) to substantiate the claims for reservation or fee concession. There will be no opportunity to submit supporting documents later under any circumstances. Fresh applicants will be considered only against the available reservation categories after the third round of allotment
4 Candidates who have already applied for PG Homeopathy courses and have a memo for rectifying defects in the documents for reservation claims can upload valid documents at this time.
5 Candidates who have already completed their registration but payment was not made can complete the submission of the application after paying the required application fees.
6 Service Quota seats are currently not available after 3rd round allotment. Service Quota candidates can submit fresh applications but they will be considered only if service quota seats become vacant. Service candidates seeking admission in the general quota shall register online options in the general category and also be considered for allotment in the quota.
7 PwD seats are currently not available after 3rd round allotment. PwD Quota candidates can submit fresh applications, but they will be considered only if PwD quota seats become vacant.
8 SC/ST/OEC/ Children Fishermen, inmates of Sree Chitra Home, Nirbhaya Home and Juvenile Home candidates are exempted from payment of tuition fees.
It is to be noted that the candidates allotted to various colleges, should take admission in the colleges and shall remit the fee shown in the Allotment Memo at the college allotted as per the schedule prescribed by the CEE. No extension of time for reporting/joining to the college will be granted under any circumstances.
Furthermore, as per another notification, CEE has informed that those candidates who are included in the list of candidates shared by the AACCC after the 1st round of Stray vacancy allotment will not be considered for the state subsequent phases of the state admission procedures. Those candidates who are blocked from further participation in state quota allotments on account of being admitted to the AIQ seat will not be considered in this and subsequent phases of the state admission procedures. Candidates allotted a seat in the All India Counseling will also be ineligible to participate in the state allotments.
