The candidates can fill in the choices based on the course of choice/institute/place of choice/government or self-financed institute/tuition fees. They should fill in all the available choices irrespective of the institute's status (permitted /recognized) so that during the allotment process, they can get admission in that seat if any institute gets permission.

The candidates need to click on the "Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic & Homeopathy" tab under "Undergraduate Admission" and then click on the "Apply for Admission in Medical, Dental, Homeopathy, and Ayurvedic" button. The candidates can add an unlimited number of choices. The choices can be arranged by serial number. All filled choices can be deleted, and they can start choosing new choices again. Click "add" in the left side panel ⇒ choice will be shifted to the right side panel. Online allotment of seats is done based on merit cum choice in institutes permitted by the concerned council. In the choice filling of this round and subsequent rounds, allotment of seats will be carried out as per the closure of the previous round, irrespective of the choices filled in by the candidate of the previous round. Closure of the present round will be displayed along with the allotment result of that round.

The candidates note that if they fail to confirm admission to the allotted seat due to any reason, such candidates will not be allotted the same type of seat in the same institute in the successive rounds of counselling.

The process for participation –

1. According to the Merit Closure Rule of UG Admission Rules in this round, the candidates will not be offered admission to the seats available according to their merit in the allotment process of the previous round.

2. If any candidates have not taken part in previous rounds of ACPUGMEC and participate directly in this round, then also candidates will not be offered admission to the seats available according to their merit in the allotment process of this round.

4. If the candidate has confirmed the admission of the previous round, has given consent to participate in this round, and has been allotted a different seat, the admission of the previous round will get automatically cancelled.

5. If candidates participate in this round of ACPUGMEC and their admission is not upgraded, their admission to the previous round will be continued.

6. The candidates who have participated or have not participated in this round, the admission of the previous round can also be upgraded in the same college by change of admission category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat), there is no need to report the help centre for confirmation of admission.
