DME Gujarat Releases Counselling Schedule For 247 PG AYUSH Vacant Seats After Exhaustion Of Merit List, details
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has released the schedule for online pin purchase, registration, choice filling, allotment & reporting for vacant seats (after exhaustion of merit list) of MD/MS (Ayurveda) and MD (Homoeopathy). Combined vacancy position after exhaustion of merit after round-01, 02, 03 & 04 has also been released.
Detailed schedule –
1. Online PIN purchase from the website of the Admission Committee – up to 14/12/2023 03:00 pm
2. For Online Registration & Document Upload - up to 14/12/2023 05:00 pm
3. Choice Filling - 15/12/2023 07:00 am - 15/12/2023 05:00 pm
4. Display of Seat Allotment - 15/12/2023 09:00 pm
5. Online Payment OR Payment of Fees at designated branch Axis Bank - 15/12/2023 11:00 pm - 16/12/2023 01:00 pm
6. Reporting at Help Center - 16/12/2023 10:00 am - 16/12/2023 03:00 pm
After online registration & document upload, no need to do document verification and submission of photocopies of documents at the Help Center. Merit numbers will be given only on the basis of Online Registration.
Candidates who are eligible as per AIA-PGET-2023 criteria as well as AYUSH Ministry, New Delhi, and have passed BAMS/BHMS from the universities of any state of India are eligible. Candidates who are included in the merit list are not eligible for this round.
For Online Registration, the PIN can be purchased online (website: www.medadmgujarat.org) on payment of Non-refundable Rs. 2000/- (Rs. two thousand only). After online Registration, the candidate has to upload the required documents. No need to do document verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at the Help Center.
The online Registration (Application) process, available here on the ACPPGMEC website, is applicable for –
Admission for Vacant seats (after exhaustion of Merit List) of MD/MS (Ayurveda) and MD (Homeopathy) Post Graduate Courses in Government & Self-financed Ayurveda/Homeopathy Colleges of Gujarat State for the academic year 2023-24 of Gujarat State.

5. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2021
6. For PwD Candidate: Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority subject to verified by Medical Board of ACPUGMEC
7. School Leaving Certificate
8. 12 months internship completion certificate with date, i.e., on or before 31.10.2023
9. Provisional / Permanent Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine OR Central Council of Indian Medicine / Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Homoeopathy
10. Copy of Passport [if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign]

Preparation and publication of merit list –
1. After the registration process, ACPPGMEC will prepare and declare a merit list of all eligible candidates.
2. The candidate needs to verify the merit number and category as mentioned in the registration details.
Online choice filling & allotment of admission –
1. After merit declaration, choice filling will be initiated online for each round.
2. After the choice-filling period is over, the ACPPGMEC will process for allotment of seats and declare the status of allotment on the website.
3. The candidates can view their status of allotment by logging into their own User ID.
Payment of tuition fees –
The candidate has to pay the requisite amount of tuition fees by cash/DD at any of the designated Axis Bank branches or through online payment within the time limit specified by the ACPPGMEC.

2. Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees at Axis Bank
3. All year attempt-wise BAMS / BHMS marksheets
4. Internship completion certificate on or before 31/10/2023 Internship completion certificate on or before 31/10/2023
5. Copy of AIAPGET Marksheet of the current academic year
6. Provisional Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine/ Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Indian Medicine / Central Council of Homoeopathy ((In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine/ Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Indian medicine / Central Council of Homoeopathy (In case of old pass out candidates Document showing Date & Place of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate) with renewal receipt where is applicable
