DME Gujarat Releases Schedule For Round 3 PG AYUSH admissions

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has released the schedule for the admission process for round 3 of PG AYUSH courses. The allotment result, last rank, combined vacancy after exhaustion of merit after round-01, 02 & 03, list of candidates required to report to help center round -03, and canceled seat list have also been released.

Detailed schedule –

1. Online Payment OR Payment of Fees at designated branch Axis Bank – up to 28.11.2023 (12:00 pm)

2. Reporting at Help Center - up to 28.11.2023 (12:00 pm)

Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Submission at the Help Center. The candidate, himself/herself, can select the Date and time for Document Submission at the time of printing the Allotment Letter.

In the Third Round, admission will be given on Newly added seats (if any), Non-Reported Seats of the Second Round and canceled Seats after the Second Round, and subsequent vacant Seats due to allotment on the above seats.

Payment of tuition fees can be done by Online payment or by cash, or by Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on the admission committee’s website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).

The candidate whose allotment has not been upgraded –

The candidates who have confirmed their admission to the previous Round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents and whose allotment has not been upgraded (no change in admitted subject and no change in admitted college) in the Third Round need not to report to the help center.

The candidate who has participated or not participated in the 3rd Round, the admission of the previous round, can also be upgraded in the same college and same subject by change of category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat), there is no need to report the help center for confirmation of admission.

The candidate whose allotment has been upgraded –

The candidate whose allotment has been upgraded (change in admitted subject and/or change in admitted college) in the Third Round, have to report at the help center for confirmation of admission to the second round.

Payment of difference in tuition fees, if any, can be done by Online payment or by cash or by Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on admission committee’s website) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays). Fees will be adjusted according to the payment of tuition fees amount for admission to the previous round. Excess fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.

To secure admission to the Third Round, the candidate must report to the same help center as reported in the previous Round with the required documents. For confirmation of admission, take the admission order of the Third Round from the help center.

The candidates who have confirmed their admission to the previous Round of ACPPGMEC by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents and whose allotment has been upgraded in the Third Round have to submit the following documents as under-

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC of 3rd Round

2. Original Admission Order of ACPPGMEC of the previous Round

3. Photocopy of Receipt of payment of tuition fees/token amount for previous Round of ACPPGMEC

4. Original Receipt of Payment of Difference of Tuition Fee, if applicable

The candidate who has been allotted a seat for the first time –

Payment of tuition fees can be done by Online payment or by cash, or by Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of designated branches of Axis Bank is available on the admission committee’s website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).

The candidate has to submit their original documents under –

1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC

2. Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees for SFI Colleges / Rs. 20000 (annual fees) for Govt. Colleges at Axis Bank

3. All-year BAMS/BHMS marksheets

4. 12 months internship completion certificate

5. Copy of AIA-PGET- 2023 Marksheet

6. Document showing place of birth and date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)

7. Provisional / Permanent Registration of Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic & Unani System of Medicine OR Central Council of Indian Medicine / Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Gujarat State OR Central Council of Homoeopathy (Renewal Registration certificate if previous Registration is expired)

8. For SEBC, ST, and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

9. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt: 01/04/2021

10. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2021

11. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign

12. A Photo Copy of the Disability Certificate issued by a Competent Authority

Seats vacant after round 3 –

A total of 230 seats are vacant after round 3. PG Ayurveda has 137 seats and PG Homeopathy has 93 seats vacant.
