Gujarat BAMS, BHMS Round 1 admissions choice filling open till September 8, check seat matrix

Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME), Gujarat, has issued an advertisement regarding the first round of online choice filling for admission to the BAMS and BHMS courses for the academic year 2025.
Through the advertisement, DME Gujarat has detailed the schedule of the 1st round online choice filling for all the eligible candidates who are included in the Merit List of ACPUGMEC, for admission to Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of Ayurved & Homeopathy Under-Graduate courses in Government, Grant-in-Aid and Self-Financed Colleges for the academic year 2025-26.
As per the schedule, the 1st Round Choice Filling is going to end on 08 September 2025, 03:00 PM. Following this, the Choices filled by candidates will be displayed on the same day at 06:00 PM. Below is the detailed schedule-

Along with this, DME Gujarat has also released the BHMS (Homoeopathy) and BAMS (Ayurveda) Seat Matrix 2025-26. The seat matrices have been released in a PDF format on the official website of DME Gujarat, containing important details such as the name of the college, college type, code, intake, quota, etc.
As per the seat matrices, a total of 4430 seats are available across BHMS (Homoeopathy) and 3412 in BAMS (Ayurveda).
Choice filling facility and seat matrix is available for all Ayurveda and Homeopathy under-graduate colleges, but before the due time (08/09/2025, 3 PM) of seat allotment to the college which has permission from National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM)/ National Commission for Homeopathy (NCH), Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi (“If there is conditional permission, then with compliance”). Also, if the affiliation of the university is received, only then the seat will be allotted, the DME stated on the website.
