KNRUHS Allows Candidates For BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS Courses To Exercise Web Option Till 3:00 PM Today

KNRUHS Allows Candidates For  BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS Courses To Exercise Web Option Till 3:00 PM Today

Telangana: Candidates for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS courses under competent authority quota can exercise web options for stray vacancy round till 3:00 pm today (14.2.2023). Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has announced this through a written notice. The seat matrix has also been declared.

Candidates whose names are notified as eligible candidates in the provisional final merit list course-wise for 2022-23 on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web options online through the website https://tsbahnu.tsche.in.

Candidates who have secured admission in the previous phases of counseling, joined the course, and continue in the course, who wish to slide to another college/course, can exercise their options.

In-eligibility to exercise web options -

1. AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee of Ministry of Ayush, Government of India has notified the list of AIQ admitted candidates who are ineligible for State/UT/Deemed University Counseling. These candidates are not permitted to exercise web options.

2. Candidates admitted into MBBS & BDS courses under AIQ/ KNRUHS and Dr.NTRUHS/Dr.YSRUHS are also not eligible to exercise web options.

3. Candidates who have not joined the course after allotment in the previous phases or discontinued the course after the previous phases of counseling are not eligible to exercise the web options for that course.

Candidates, while giving options, should note that apart from vacant seats, seats vacated by candidates sliding during the stray vacancy round of counseling will be added and allotted simultaneously during the stray vacancy round of counseling only. The allotted seat in previous phases of counseling will be canceled automatically if the candidates are allotted a seat in the stray vacancy round of counseling as per their option.

Candidates are informed that they have to exercise web options for the course and colleges they are interested in joining. In case the candidates do not join the course/college after allotment, a penalty clause will be applicable.

Candidates exercising web- options for a seat and allotted a seat as per their choice of the web- options in this phase of counseling, and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, then they have to pay a penalty of Rs 100000 and also will be debarred for 3 years for UG AYUSH admission under KNRUHS if any to prevent seat blocking.

Candidates who have already joined in the previous phases and are willing to slide to other courses/colleges can also exercise web options during this phase. If a seat is allotted in this phase of counseling, the seat allotted and the candidate has joined during previous phases of counseling will be automatically canceled and allotted to other candidates.

One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. Candidates should take a printout of saved options.

Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. They should log in to check their allotment status on the https://tsbahnu.tsche.in website after each phase of counseling.

The selected candidate will have to download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). They should take a printout of the allotment letter, check their allotment, and report to the Principal of the allotted college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and bonds, and pay the tuition fee and college fees to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining. In that case, the admission will be canceled automatically, and a penalty clause will be applicable, as shown above.

Candidates who have slid from a previously admitted seat to another college should collect the original certificates, bond, and tuition fee from the previously admitted college and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter.

The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues the course.

Seat matrix –

67 seats are allotted for the stray vacancy round. BHMS has the highest number of seats allotted, followed by BNYS, BUMS, and BAMS.

University fee –

1. Allotted candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs. 8000 through the payment gateway by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.

2. Candidates who have paid the University fee in previous phases of counseling need not pay again.

3. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tuition fee –

Tuition fee is to be paid at respective colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government for Government & Private colleges for respective courses.
