KNRUHS Begins Registration Process For MD Homeopathy Courses under Management Quota

KNRUHS Begins Registration Process For MD Homeopathy Courses under Management Quota

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has begun the registration process for admission into MD Homeopathy Courses under Management Quota.

Applications online are invited from candidates who have qualified in AIAPGET-2022 ( Homeopathy) and who fulfilled the eligibility for admission under Management Quota by securing a cut-off score and above for 2022-23 in affiliated Homeopathy Medical Colleges. They can apply online through the website https://tsmdayushmq.tsche.in till 3.2.2023 up to 05.00 pm.

The candidates must pay Rs 6000 as a registration and processing fee. The registration and processing fee can be paid through a debit/ credit card / net banking. The fee paid by the candidates is not refundable under any circumstances.

Verification fee for equivalency - The candidates who have acquired their Under Graduate Degree outside the State of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or abroad and got their certificates registered with the Council and applying for admission under this University will have to pay a verification fee of Rs.5000 for degree certificates acquired abroad and Rs.3000 for the degrees acquired outside the State.

The university will issue a notification for a schedule of exercising one-time web options by the candidates on the website after notifying the provisional final merit list.

Steps for registration –

1. Mobile and Email Registration

2. Candidate Registration (Payment of fee)

3. Updating of data

4. Uploading of Certificates

Process for registration –

1. Click on Mobile and Email Registration. The candidate should have a valid /working Mobile and Email Id. OTP will be sent to registered Mobile and Email IDs at different stages. They must enter OPs received to mobile and Email Id for registration and Verification of Mobile and Email Id.

2. After entering the details click on validate button.

3. If all the details entered are correct and verified with OTPs, the system will display a successful message and proceed to the registration form.

4. Registration form appears where the candidate has to give the details.

5. After entering the details click on validate button. It will take you to the payment gateway for the payment fee.

6. If all the details entered are correct, the system will display the payment reference number Button to proceed with payment. Depending on the caste category, the registration fee is varied. Once paid, the candidates will not get any refund.

7. Now the candidates will be directed to the Payment Gateway; click OK

8. Select the mode of payment.

9. After payment, the candidates will receive a successful payment message on the screen and will receive the registration number on their mobile and email. They should note down the registration number for further correspondence.

10. To update the candidate details, enter the roll number and the registration number sent to the mobile and click on the validate button to enter the application form.

11. The application form will be displayed. The candidates have to fill in the details and upload Passport Size Photo and Signatures. The scanned photo and Signature should be less than 100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format.

12. After filling out the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data entered are correct using the Data Updation link on the Home page. Then click on Upload Certificates Button to proceed with document attachments.

13. After uploading all the required certificates, Click on Save and Print; the candidates will get their filled-in application form; take a printout of this form for further assistance. Candidates who click on the print application button will get saved data earlier.

14. After completing the data entry on all online application pages and submitting the data online, the candidate should take the print-out of the filled-in online application form. The candidate should note the Barcode application number, which appears on the printout of the application for future reference.

Documents to be uploaded –

1. AIAPGET - 2022 Rank Card. (Mandatory)

2. Birth Certificate (SSC Marks Memo). (Mandatory)

3. Provisional or Original BHMS Degree Certificate. (Mandatory)

4. BHMS study certificates

5. Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate. (Mandatory)

6. Transfer Certificate

7. Caste Certificate, if applicable, for eligibility

8. Council Registration Certificate. (Mandatory)

9. Aadhar Card

10. Candidate’s Latest passport-size Photo (Mandatory)

11. Specimen Signature of the Candidate (Mandatory)

For NRI Quota - Candidate has to click yes or no for consideration under the NRI category. Candidate has to produce the following details at the time of admission –

1. NRI Sponsorship certificate (DECLARATION Form)

2. NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by the embassy of the respective country under their seal

3. Copy of the NRI Bank account passbook of the financial supporter

4. Copy of Passport of NRI financial supporter

Institutional Quota - Sponsorship Certificate from Homoeo Medical College for Institutional Quota (MQ3).

Eligibility criteria –

Per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of AYUSH and the National Commission for Homoeopathy, the following are the eligibility criteria for admission into Post Graduate Courses.

Candidates who have appeared for AIAPGET 2022 and should have secured the following minimum eligibility percentile or above - 50% for General Category (Open) candidates, 45% for General Category (Persons with Disabilities (PWD)), 40% for SC, ST and other Backward class including Persons with Disabilities.

The lower percentage/percentile marks for SC/ST/BC/OBC /PWD are only for eligibility purposes. It will not be applicable for reservations as there are no reservations under Management Quota.

Those who have passed the BHMS Degree Examination after undergoing a course of study in Homoeopathy of not less than 5 ½ years duration, including the period of compulsory internship

Or

Those who passed the equivalent Degree Examination were included in the 2nd schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973.

The candidates should have completed the internship by 31-12-2022, and they shall submit a Certificate to that effect.

Non-eligibility criteria –

1. Candidates who are already admitted and studying M.D. (Homeopathy) course shall not be permitted for counseling until they discontinue the course before submitting the application form. Such candidates shall submit the discontinuation certificate issued by the Head of the Institution along with the application.

2. Candidates already holding a Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy in a subject shall not be eligible for admission into another PG Homeopathy Course.

Merit list –

The merit Position of the candidates who have applied online shall be determined based on AIAPGET-2022 (Homoeo) rank and percentile as per their eligibility. The provisional final merit list of eligible candidates will be notified on the KNRUHS website after uploaded certificates are verified.

Seats –

1. The number of seats available for the academic year 2022-23 in Post Graduate Homoeo Degree courses at Private Homoeo Medical Colleges will be by the orders of the NCH/GOI/Govt. of Telangana.

2. KNR University of Health Sciences will fill the seats, Telangana State, by the rules for admission into PG AYUSH courses under Management Quota as notified in G.O.Ms.No.72, HM&FW (E2) Department, Dated:29-06-2022 and University/NCH Regulations.

3. The seat matrix for Management Quota seats for the academic year 2022-23 will be displayed on the KNRUHS website with the notification of the schedule for exercising one-time web options for counseling.

4. If NCH/Government of India permits any new PG Homoeo seats in colleges affiliated with the KNRUHS for the academic year 2022-23, those seats will also be filled up. No further notification will be issued.

Details issued –

1. Applications online are to determine the provisional merit position. The provisional final merit list will be notified after uploaded certificates are verified at the time of certificate verification.

2. Printout of the application form should be submitted at the time of verification of Original Certificates and counseling along with 1-set of required copies at the time of admission at the allotted college. Incomplete applications and applications without enclosures will not be considered.

3. Admissions are made per the orders issued by the Government of Telangana, G.O.Ms.No.72, HM&FW (E2) Department dated 29-06-2022, University Regulations, and National Commission for Homoeopathy.

4. Candidate’s admission is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the Merit position issued to the candidate does not imply that the University accepts the candidature, and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

Selections –

1. The Selection Committee will make a provisional Selection constituted by the University.

2. The Selection Committee shall provisionally select the candidates per these regulations from among the candidates who qualified for AIAPGET 2022 as per the merit list.

3. University will conduct verification of original certificates and notify the provisional final merit list on the website.

4. The candidates shall submit their options for subjects and colleges in order of priority and as per their eligibility for MQ1 and MQ2 (NRI) categories. The selection committee will select the candidates per the eligibility of the candidate for the MQ1 and MQ2 categories and per the priorities exercised by the candidate.

5. The list of provisionally selected candidates will be displayed on the KNRUHS website, and provisional selection intimations will be issued to the selected candidates.

6. The Selection Committee shall have the power to review the provisional selection in case of errors, misrepresentation, fraud, or glaring injustice. The selection committee's decision shall be final and binding on the candidates in all matters relating to selections and admissions.

7. If the candidates fail to pay fees or submit the bond after choosing the subject, their selection is canceled automatically. If the candidates do not exercise one-time web options, they will not be considered for selection.

Admission –

1. The Principal of Homeopathy Medical College will constitute an Admission Committee of the college from Professors to verify the correctness of documents. If there is any discrepancy, the provisional allotment shall be canceled, and action shall be initiated as per the Rules.

2. Candidates joining courses shall execute a bond on nonjudicial stamp paper of value of Rs.100 in the form specified in Annexure-I to ensure completion of the prescribed period of training or, in default or for any other reason, has to pay Rs.100000 to the Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences and shall refund the stipend received up to that date to Government.

3. The original certificates submitted shall not be returned to the candidates till they complete their course.

University fee –

1. MQ 1 Management Quota sub-category 1 - Rs. 25000

2. MQ2 (NRI) & MQ3 (Institutional Quota) - Rs.40000

Tuition fee –

1. All the candidates selected must pay the tuition fee as notified by the Government. Suppose any candidates who joined a course are allotted to another course in subsequent counseling. In that case, the tuition fee paid by the candidate will be adjusted to the newly selected course, and the tuition fee paid already will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. All the selected candidates will pay the following fee in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, payable at Warangal on the selection day. The fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
