KNRUHS notifies on special stray vacancy round for BHMS admissions 2025

Telangana: Through a recent notice, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, KNRUHS, has informed regarding the Web Options For Special Stray Vacancy Phase Of Web Counselling of BHMS Course.

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences notified to conduct the Special Stray Vacancy phase of web-based counseling for admissions into BHMS course under Management Quota (B & C/NRI category) for the academic year 2025-26 in Private Homeo Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Warangal in the State of Telangana.

All the eligible candidates whose names are notified in the final merit list for BHMS course under Management Quota for the academic year 2025-26 on the KNRUHS website are directed to exercise web options for Special Stray Vacancy phase of web-based counseling through online from computer with internet connection from 05.00 PM on 07-12-2025 to 03.00 PM on 08-12-2025 through KNRHUS website subject to the following conditions:

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES:

1) Vacant seats for SPECIAL Stray Vacancy phase of counselling are notified on KNRUHS website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in. Eligible candidates as per final merit list can exercise web options for vacant seats in all Private Homoeo colleges as per their interest and priority through KNRUHS website from computer with internet facility subject to a forementioned conditions. Do not use Tabs or Mobiles to exercise web-options.

2) Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus and the Government Orders on rules available on KNRUHS website before exercising web-options.

3) Candidates have to exercise web-options for B category and for C/NRI category in order of priority for college and B or C/NRI category. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate.

4) Candidates are informed that they have to exercise web-options to the colleges in which they are interested to join. In case the candidate does not join the college after allotment, the allotment will be cancelled and penalty clause shall be applicable

5) Important Note : candidates are informed that if they exercise web-options for a seat and allotted a seat as per their choice of web- options in this phase of counseling and if they do not join the course at the allotted college then he/she has to pay penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) and also will be debarred for 3 years for UG AYUSH admission under KNRUHS if any to prevent seat blocking.

6) One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web-options. The password consists of SIX letter code with Englishcapital A to Z. (For details read instructions to the candidates before giving options).

7) Candidates are instructed to take a print out of saved options for reference.

8) Candidates will receive SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if allotted. Candidates are directed to login to check their allotment status on website after each phase of counseling without fail.

9) The selected candidate shall download the allotment letter from website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using online payment (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should take print out of allotment letter, check their allotment and report to Principal of allotted college.

10) Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, bond, pay the tuition fee and college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically.

11) Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Admission Committee at the allotted college and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated as per University regulations.

12) Original certificates will not be returned to candidates unless the candidate discontinues from the course.

13) The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
