KNRUHS Opens Window For Exercising Web Options For MD Homeopathy Courses Under Management Quota

KNRUHS Opens Window For Exercising Web Options For MD Homeopathy Courses Under Management Quota

Telangana: The web option window for admission into MD Homeopathy courses for 2022-23 under management quota affiliated private homoeopathic medical colleges. Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has announced this through a written notification.

All the eligible candidates can exercise one-time web options for MQ1 and MQ2 categories as per eligibility and priority for college /course till 6.00 pm on 23-02-2023 starting from today (22-02-2023) through the website https://tsmdayushmq.tsche.in.

Candidates who have registered online and whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list for Management Quota on the website of KNRUHS are eligible to exercise one-time web options online.

One-time web options only shall be exercised for MD Homeopathy courses. The web options exercised by candidates about the order of preference for courses/ colleges are final, and the same options will be considered for all phases of allotments.

Candidates can exercise one-time web options for MD Homeopathy courses in the Colleges as per their priority for the course and college. There is no limit to the number of options. They have to exercise one-time web options for the course and colleges they are interested in joining. They should not exercise optimally if they are not interested in joining a course/college.

Candidates must exercise web options for the MQ1 category and MQ2 (NRI) in order of priority for college and MQ1 or MQ2 category. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate.

One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. (For details, read instructions to the candidates before exercising web options). Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.

59 seats are available for this round of counselling. The seats are available at JIMS Homoeopathic Medical College, Muchinthal Village Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (JIMS) and MNR Homoeopathy College, Fasalwadi, Sangareddy District (MNR). JIMS has 25 seats, and MNR has 34 seats allotted.

The Management of the colleges will have to send the nomination letter for admission into Management Quota sub-category three quotas (MQ3) seats from eligible AIAPGET qualified candidates from the Management Quota merit list notified by University.

Admissions into Management Quota are conducted by Government Orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.72, HM&FW (E2) Department dated 29-06-2022, University Regulations and Regulations of National Commission for Homoeopathy.

Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are directed to log in to check their allotment status on the website https://tsmdayushmq.tsche.in without fail. Candidates are also informed to check the KNRUHS website occasionally for the subsequent phases of allotments.

Allotted candidates shall report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date mentioned in the allotment letter. If the candidate fails to get admitted after allotment in the 1st phase of counselling, the candidate will not be eligible for the subsequent phase of allotments.

Candidates must submit the printout of the filled-in online application form, allotment order, Bonds, DD towards University fee and original certificates along with (1) set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college. Candidate has to pay the college and tuition fees at the time of joining to complete the admission process.

If the admitted candidates (of 1st phase) are allotted a seat in the 2nd phase of allotment as per their priority of options, the seat allotted in the 1st phase is automatically cancelled and allotted to the next deserving candidate.

Suppose the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining. In that case, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidates' one-time web options will not be considered for subsequent phases of allotment.

The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. The Admission Committee of the college is responsible for scrutiny of the original certificates submitted by the candidate. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course.

Candidates selected under Management Quota in the counselling conducted by KNRUHS for PG Homeopathy courses at Private Homoeopathic Colleges are permitted to leave /surrender the seat till the last date of free exit to be notified by KNRUHS on the website without penalty. Suppose the candidate cancels the admission/ discontinues the course after the last date for free exit. In that case, the candidate has to pay a penalty of Rs. 100000 per State Government order, and they will not be eligible for MD Homeopathy admissions under KNRUHS for three years.

Undertaking in the form of an affidavit will have to be submitted at the time of admission by the candidates stating that the submitted certificates are genuine. They will be held responsible for any further consequences as per the law if any discrepancy is noticed.

University fee –

Allotted Candidates must pay the University fee by way of Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, KNRUHS, payable at Warangal at the time of admission at the allotted college. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

1. MQ 1 Management Quota sub-category 1: Rs.25000

2. MQ2 (NRI) & MQ3 ( Institutional Quota) : Rs.40000

Tuition fee –

Tuition Fee is to be paid as notified by the Government of Telangana.
