KNRUHS Starts Online Application Process For Admission To MD Homeopathy Courses For 2022-23

KNRUHS Starts Online Application Process For Admission To MD Homeopathy Courses For 2022-23

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has started the online application process for admission to MD Homeopathy courses for the academic year 2022-23 under the competent quota authority.

The candidates can apply till 13th January 2023 at http://tsmdayush.tsche.in. . The date of display of the provisional merit list, verification of certificates, exercising of web option, and closure of counseling process will be notified later.

The candidates are advised to take a printout of the prospectus/instructions to fill out the application form from the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in before filling out the application form. The candidate is advised to fill out the online application form after going through the prospectus by keeping all the Certificates, Scanned Photos, and Signature in the .jpg/.gif format separately and ready to enter their correct data and upload the photo and signature after the payment of application fee through online.

The registration and processing fee is Rs. 4000 (Bank transaction charges extra) for OC/BC categories and Rs.3000 (Bank transaction charges extra) for SC/ST categories. For GOI Nominees - Rs.4000 + Bank charges.

The candidates who acquired their Under Graduate Degree outside the State of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or Country/Abroad and got their certificates registered with the Council and applying for admission under this University will pay a verification fee of Rs.5000 for degree certificates acquired Abroad and Rs.3000 for the degrees acquired outside the state.

Steps to register –

1. Mobile and Email Registration

2. Candidate Registration (Payment of fee)

3. Updating of data

4. Uploading of Certificates

The candidates need to click on Mobile and Email Registration. They should have a valid /working Mobile and Email Id. OTP will be sent to registered Mobile and Email IDs at different stages. They should keep the Mobile and Email Id active till the completion of the counseling process. The candidate has to enter OTP's received mobile and Email Id for registration and Verification of Mobile and Email Id.

After entering the details, click on validate button. If all the details entered are correct and verified with OTP, the system will display a successful message and proceed to the registration form. Registration Form will appear in which the candidate has to give the details.

After entering the details, click on the validate button to take the candidates to the Payment Gateway for the fee. If all the details entered are correct, the system will display the payment reference number Button to proceed with payment. Depending on the candidate's caste category, the Registration fee is varied. Once paid, the candidates will not get any refund. Now they will be directed to the Payment Gateway; click OK Select mode of payment.

After payment, the candidates will receive a Successful Payment message on the screen, and they will receive the Registration number on their mobile and email. Please note down the registration number for further correspondence.

To update the candidate's details, enter Roll Number and the Registration number sent to the candidate's mobile and click on the validate button to enter the Application form. The application form will be displayed. The candidates have to fill in the details and upload Passport Size Photo and signatures. The scanned photo and signature should be less than 100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format.

After filling out the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data entered are correct using the Data Updation link on the Home page. Then click on Upload Certificates Button to proceed with document attachments.

After uploading all the required certificates, Click on Save and Print; the candidates will get your filled-in application form; take the printout of this form for further assistance. They will get saved data earlier if you click the Print Application button.

After completing the data entry on all online application pages and submitting the data online, the candidate should take the filled-in online application form printout. The candidate should note the Barcode application number, which appears on the printout of the application for future reference.

The candidate should paste a recent passport-size photograph in the space provided in the printout of the online application form. The photo should be attested by Gazetted Officer/ Principal of the College (identical to the photo used for scanning).

The candidate should sign at the declaration area in the online application form's printout and put a left-hand thumb impression in the space provided without fail.

The following are the documents to be submitted along with the application form –

1. AIAPGET - 2022 Rank Card. (Mandatory)

2. Birth Certificate (SSC Marks Memo). (Mandatory)

3. Provisional or Original BHMS/BAMS/BUMS Degree Certificate. (Mandatory)

4. BHMS/BAMS/BUMS study certificates.

5. Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate. (Mandatory)

6. TC

7. Caste Certificate, if applicable

8. Council Registration Certificate. (Mandatory)

9. EWS certificate valid for the year 2022-23

10. Parental Income Certificate/White Ration Card (If applicable)

11. Person With Disability (PWD) Certificate (If applicable)

12. Residence certificate of the candidate or either parent issued by MRO / Tahasildar of Telangana/AP for a period of ten - years (Period to be specified with exact month and year) excluding the period of study/employment outside the state

13. Employment certificate of parent (For Non-Local Status)

14. Aadhar Card

15. Service certificate, if applicable

16. Candidate's Latest passport-size Photo (Mandatory)

17. Specimen Signature of the Candidate (Mandatory)

Eligibility criteria –

1. Those who have passed the BHMS Degree Examination after undergoing a course of study in Homoeopathy of not less than 5 ½ years duration, including the period of compulsory internship; or

2. Those who passed the equivalent Degree Examination included in the 2nd schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973.

3. The candidates should have completed the internship by 31-12-2022, and they shall submit a Certificate to that effect.

4. Candidates who have appeared in AIAPGET 2022 and whose names are included in the merit list of AIAPGET-2022 for Homoeo P.G. are only eligible to apply, subject to fulfillment of regulations; candidate should secure the following minimum eligibility percentile or above.

The following are the percentage criteria -

1. 50% for General Category (Open) candidates

2. 45% of General Category (Persons with Disabilities (OC-PWD)) candidates

3. 40% for SC, ST, and other Backward classes, including Persons with Disabilities

Candidates already admitted and studying the MD Homeopathy course will not be permitted counseling until they discontinue the course before submitting the application form. Such candidates shall submit the discontinuation certificate issued by the Head of the Institution along with the application.

Candidates already holding a Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy in a subject will not be eligible for admission into another PG Homeopathy course. Three years of regular service for in-service candidates will be calculated as of 31st July 2022. The in-service seats are available subject to the rules and regulations of the Government of Telangana. The admissions into in-service seats will be considered subject to deputation orders issued by the Government of Telangana.

Regarding Central Government Nomination (CGN) seats, Revised Guidelines shall be applicably communicated by Govt. of India vide Letter F.No.R.12013/02/2014-E&C(PG) dt.17-07- 2014.

Reservations –

1. 15%, 10%, and 29% of the seats available in each course shall be reserved for SC, ST, and BC categories under Competent Authority Quota.

2. The seats reserved for the SCs shall be made available to the STs and vice-versa if qualified candidates are not available in these categories. The seats reserved for SCs and STs shall be made available to the candidates in the general pool of qualified candidates belonging to the SCs, and STs are not available.

3. 15% of seats in clinical subjects are reserved for in-service candidates in each category. Candidates selected on merit in the respective categories will be counted against in- service quota. Candidates working on a contract basis, consolidated pay basis, daily honorarium, and ad hoc basis are not considered regular service candidates.

4. Candidates from the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Backward Classes belonging to castes that are notified in the list as per the Telangana Government orders will be considered against the respective reserved seats.

5. 5% of seats in each specialty course wise are reserved for Persons with Disabilities category candidates.

6. EWS reservation will be implemented per the seats sanctioned by the government.

7. The number of seats reserved for various categories is as per G.O.Ms.No.603, HM & FW (R2) Dept., dt. 28-12-2004 and after making provision for 1 seat in Homoeopathic Philosophy & Organon for foreign nationals as per Government of India Letter No. R 12013/1/2003- E&C (ii), dt.23-3-2004.

8. If the Government of India allows no candidate for One (1) seat in Organon Philosophy, the seat will be allotted to the Telangana Candidate as per the merit as per the G.O.Ms.No.88, HM&FW (R2) Department, dated. 21-03-2005.

9. Admission to 85% of the seats specified in Regulations 2 above shall be reserved in favor of and allocated among the local candidates of the OU region.

Number of seats –

1. The number of seats for admission into each first-year course for the academic year 2022-23 will be notified on the KNRUHS website before counseling.

2. If any new courses/colleges are permitted, those seats shall also be filled-up, and no further notifications will be issued. 15% of seats in each subject of MD Degree in J.S.P.S. Govt. Homoeo Medical College, Hyderabad, is allocated to All India Quota to be allotted by the Government of India (AACCC) Counseling Authority.

3. Remaining 85% of seats will be filled by the State Competent Authority, i.e., KNR University of Health Sciences, Telangana State, as per the rules and regulations of the Government of Telangana. 15% of Private Homoeo Medical Colleges seats shall be notified as All India Quota seats, and KNRUHS shall conduct separate counseling.

Selection process –

1. The Selection Committee shall make a provisional selection constituted by the University.

2. The Selection Committee shall provisionally select the candidates per these regulations from among the candidates who qualified for AIAPGET 2022 as per the merit list.

3. The candidates shall produce their original certificates for verification, and after verification, if eligible, candidates shall exercise options for the courses they are interested in joining in order of priority. Candidates are permitted to exercise one-time options only,y irrespective of the number of phases of counseling.

4. The candidates will be called to appear for verification of original certificates one after another, and they shall not enter the selection committee room in groups. Any person who obstructs the proceedings of the Selection Committee or otherwise misbehaves or causes disturbance at the selection committee meeting will be liable for disciplinary action as may be taken by the University.

5. The candidates will have to submit their options for subjects and colleges in order of priority. The selection committee will select the candidates per the Admissions Regulations and Government Rules from the eligible candidates after verification of original certificates and as per their options. The list of provisionally selected candidates will be displayed, and the provisional selection intimations will be issued to the selected candidates.

6. If the candidates, after choosing the subject, fail to pay fees or submit the bond, their selection is canceled automatically. If the candidates are absent for verification of original certificates and exercising options, they will not be considered for selection at the subsequent selection in the then available courses.

Admission process –

1. The Principal of Homoeo Medical College shall constitute an Admission Committee of the college from Professors to verify the correctness of documents. If there is any discrepancy, the provisional allotment shall be canceled, and action shall be initiated as per the Rules.

2. Candidates joining courses shall execute a bond on nonjudicial stamp paper of value of Rs.100/- in the form specified in Annexure-I to ensure completion of the prescribed period of training or in default or for any other reason has to pay Rs.100000 to the Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences and shall refund the stipend received up to that date to government.

3. The original certificates submitted shall not be returned to the candidates till they complete their course.

4. Candidates selected for various courses will be whole-time students. Service Candidates will have to apply for study leave and are required to produce the orders wherein such leave has been sanctioned to them from the competent authority within 3 months of joining the course.

Tuition fee -

1. The selected candidates must pay the tuition fee as the government prescribes. Suppose any candidates who joined a course are allotted to another course in subsequent counseling. In that case, the tuition fee paid by the candidate will be adjusted to the newly selected course, and the tuition fee paid already shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. All the selected candidates shall pay the following fee in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of Registrar, KNR University of Health Sciences, payable at Warangal on the day of selection. The fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

University fee –

The candidates will have to pay Rs 15000 as a university fee. i
