The registrations for UG AYUSH courses have begun for the academic year 2022-23 at Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS). The courses included are BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS.

As per the MINISTRY OF AYUSH/

NCISM/NCH schedule.

Entire Application process is online only, including uploading images, scanned copies of Certificates/documents, payment of fees, etc. Therefore, candidates are not required to send the University printouts of the application form/verification form, etc. Offline applications are not accepted.

All the above dates are tentative, and the University reserves the right to change them without assigning any reason or advance notice. Mere submission of an application does not confer any right to a seat. Printout of application, Provisional Verification form, and Original Certificates should be submitted at the time of college admission. Hence, the candidates are informed/required to take Print Out of the filled-in online application and Provisional Verification form.

The candidates are advised to print out the Prospectus / Instructions from the Website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in or https://ugcq.ntruhsadmissions.com and verify the Eligibility under Local/ Non-local category before proceeding to fill out the online application form.

The candidate should fill out the online application form available on the Website with the required data and upload the scanned Certificates/documents supporting their claim through the internet.

The candidate should furnish correct information in the online application form, and upload scanned original certificates with the application. Applications with incorrect information and invisible documents will not be considered and automatically be rejected. However, suppose it is found that the candidate has furnished incorrect information or uploaded fake or forged documents. In that case, the University takes action that deems fit as per rules against the candidate, including cancellation of seat/admission without any notice.

The candidate should sign at the declaration area in the printout of the only application form and submit it at the time of joining the allotted college. The candidates need not submit printouts of the application by post/by hand to the University.

Documents to be submitted at the time of filling out the application form –

1. NEET UG - 2022 Rank Card. (Mandatory)

2. Birth Certificate (SSC Marks Memo). (Mandatory)

3. Qualifying Exam Certificate (Intermediate Marks Memo OR Equivalent – Grade Certificate not Accepted) (Mandatory)

4. Study Certificates from 6th to 10th (If More than one certificate, scan all into a single PDF file) (Mandatory)

5. Study Certificates - Intermediate or equivalent for 2 Years (If More than one certificate, scan all into a single PDF file) (Mandatory)

6. Transfer Certificate (Intermediate / 10+2)

7. Caste Certificate (If applicable)

8. Minority Certificate issued by Minority Welfare Officer (Muslim Only) (If applicable)

9. Income and Asset certificate for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) valid for the year 2022-23 (The financial year 2021-22) issued by the Tahsildars on or after 01.04.2022 about AP - Non-State wide Institutions and Tahsildars of AP & Telangana about State wide Institutions for claiming reservation under EWS (candidates who are not covered under SC, ST & BC)

10. Parental Income Certificate/White Ration Card (If applicable)

11. Person With Disability (PWD) Certificate (If applicable)

12. NCC Certificate (If More than one certificate, scan all into a single PDF file) (If applicable)

13. CAP Certificate (If More than one certificate, scan all into a single PDF file) (If applicable) - If retired personnel: 1. Children of Armed Forces Personnel (CAP) Certificate issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. 2. Discharge Book (All pages). 3) Ex-Servicemen Identity Card issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. 4) Pension Payment Order. 5) If any other priorities, the proof of related documents. All certificates are in a single PDF. If Serving Personnel: 1. A Service Certificate issued by the Commanding Officer from the working Unit / Regiment duly mentioning the permanent home address declared by serving personnel at the time of enrolment in the Armed Forces. If any other priorities, the proof of related documents. All certificates are in a single PDF.

14. Sports Certificate (If More than one certificate, scan all into a single PDF file) (If applicable)

16. Anglo-Indian Certificate (If applicable)

17. 1st to 10th AP/Telangana study certificates, in respect of candidates who studied Inter/10+2 only in Other States (other than AP/Telangana)

18. Residence certificate of the candidate or either parent issued by MRO / Tahasildar of Telangana/AP for a period of ten - years (Period to be specified with exact month and year) excluding the period of study/employment outside the state. (Annexure-III (a) )

19. Employment certificate of parent (For Non-Local Status) (Annexure-IV)

21. Local status Certificate issued by MRO of AP (candidates migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh (If Applicable) As per G.Os.No.132/171/129 of General Administration Dept.

23. Specimen Signature of the Candidate (Mandatory)

Eligibility –

The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as of 31-12-2022.

The candidate should be an Indian National and satisfy the Local or Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974.

BAMS –

The candidate must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination recognized by the concerned State Government and Education Board with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying above examination in the case of general category and 40% marks in the case of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes.

BHMS –

The candidate must have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at the qualifying Examinations mentioned above for OC candidates and 40% marks in respect of SC/ST/BCs.

or

The intermediate examination in science of an Indian University or Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry and Biology shall include a practical test in these subjects and English as a compulsory subject.

or

The pre-professional or pre-medical examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, after passing either the higher secondary school examination or the pre-university or an equivalent Examination, which shall include a practical test in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as a compulsory subject.

or

The first year of the three years degree course at a recognized University, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, including a practical test in these subjects, provided the examination is a University Examination, and the candidate has passed 10+2 with English at a level not less than a core course.

or

Any other examination which, in scope and standard, is found to be equivalent to the intermediate science examination of an Indian University or Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology, including practical tests in each of these subjects and English as a compulsory subject.

BUMS –

The candidate shall have passed Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination from any recognized by the concerned State Government and Education Board with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually.

Seats –

1. a Total number of seats expected for the academic year 2022-23 in BAMS/BHMS and BUMS Courses at Government and Private Colleges affiliated to the University under Competent Authority Quota, i.e., the seats remaining after contributing 15% of seats to National Pool (AIQ) (including the Government of India Nominee seats) in Government Ayurveda and Homoeopathy Medical Colleges and Competent Authority Quota seats in Private Ayurveda and Homoeopathy Medical Colleges will be displayed before the counselling. However, the total number of seats in the affiliated colleges for the academic year 2021-22 is given Annexure-I on page No.33. Fee structure "is" as fixed vide G.O.MS.No.159, HM & FW(C1) Dept. dt.23-12-2020 and G.O.Ms.No.14 HM & FW(C1) Dept. dt.09-02-2021 1.

2. The Ministry of AYUSH enhances if any new colleges are affiliated / seats for the Academic Year 2022-2; those seats will also be filled up. No further notification will be issued.

Fee -

1. Tuition Fee - In Govt. Colleges – as fixed by the Government of AP In unaided, Non- minority institutions – as per G.O.Ms.No.159, HM & FW (C1) Dept, dt.23.12.2020 & G.O.Ms.No.14, HM & FW (F2) Dept, dt.09.02.2021.

2. University Fee - All the selected candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs.8,600/- at the time of downloading the allotment order Online. Once paid, the university fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
