PG AYUSH Courses Under Competent Authority Quota: KNRUHS issues notice on web options

PG AYUSH Courses Under Competent Authority Quota: KNRUHS issues notice on web options

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has begun the process of exercising web options for admission into PG AYUSH courses under the competent authority quota.

All the eligible candidates can exercise one-time web options up to 6.00 P.M. on 25-11-2023 through the website mentioned in the notice below. Candidates who have registered online in response to the notification issued on 12- 11-2023 in accordance with the NCISM Letter dated 09-11-2023 and whose names are notified in the consolidated provisional final merit list course-wise for Competent Authority Quota on the website of KNRUHS on 20-11-2023 are eligible and directed to exercise one time web-options online from the computer with internet connection.

Candidates who have already exercised one-time web options need not exercise again. The one-time web-options already exercised by these candidates will be considered for the second phase of allotments.

The web options exercised by candidates with regard to the order of preference for courses/ colleges are final, and the same options will be considered for all phases of allotments. The seat matrix is notified on the website of KNRUHS on 01-11-2023.

Candidate can exercise one-time web options for respective PG AYUSH Courses (MD-Ayurveda, MD-Homeo, MD-Unani) in the Colleges as per their eligibility in order of their priority. There is no limit to the number of options.

Candidates must exercise web options for all the seats in PG AYUSH courses/colleges in which they are interested in joining as per the seat matrix, as vacancies may arise during the counseling process due to the sliding of candidates from allotted seats in the first phase of counseling to other seats as per their web options in the second phase of counselling.

If a candidate is allotted a seat in the PG AYUSH course as per their one-time web options and does not join the course, their one-time web options will not be considered for subsequent phases of allotment.

One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.

Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of the seat if allotted. Candidates are directed to log in to check their allotment status on the website mentioned in the notice below without fail. Candidates are also directed to check the KNRUHS website from time to time for subsequent phases of allotments without fail.

The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by payment gateway method by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).

The selected candidate has to take the printout of the allotment order, check their allotment and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter and submit all original certificates, bond, pay the tuition fee and college fee to complete the process of admission.

If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate's one-time web options will not be considered for subsequent phases of allotment.

The final verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Admission Committee at the allotted college, and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Original certificates will not be returned to the candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course.

University fee-

Allotted Candidates have to pay a University fee of Rs. 15000 through a payment Gateway by using an Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter. The University fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tuition fee –

As notified by the Government, the course is to be paid at the allotted college.
