Schedule For Round 8 UG AYUSH Admission Process Announced by DME Gujarat

Schedule For Round 8 UG AYUSH Admission Process Announced by DME Gujarat

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the schedule for the admission process of round 8 for BAMS, BHMS courses. The allotment result, last rank, canceled seats of round 7, and list of candidates required to report to help center round 08 have also been released.

As per the notice, online payment or payment of tuition fees at a designated branch of HDFC Bank can be carried out up to 28/11/2023 (12:00) noon. Reporting & original document submission at the help center can be done up to 28/11/2023 (04:00 pm). Candidate has to take a prior appointment for the Document Submission at the Help Center. Candidate can select the Date and Help Center for Document Submission at the time of printing the Allotment Letter.

In the 8th Round, admission will be given on Newly added seats, Non- Non-reported seats of the Previous Round, Cancelled Seats after the Previous Round & subsequent vacant Seats due to allotment on the above seats. Candidate can download his allotment letter and Tuition fees challan from his account after login with the help of User ID & Password.

Candidate can pay the Tuition fees OR difference of fees (in case of fees paid during the previous round) of allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC OR by cash OR by Demand Draft through designated branch of HDFC bank (List of designated bank’s branches is available on admission committee’s website.

If the candidate has paid fees via the Online Payment Module, the Candidate has to visit directly to help center with online receipt of fee payment. OR If the student has paid Tuition fees by Cash OR Demand Draft through a designated branch of HDFC bank, then he/she has to collect 02 copies of the receipt generated from HDFC bank and get the bank stamp on the copy of the challan.

For NRI Candidate [Only newly allotted candidate]: A candidate who has been allotted a seat in the NRI category for 1st time he has to pay Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by online payment gateway or cash or Demand Draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar in the designated HDFC bank’s branches approved by ACPUGMEC. After that, students have to confirm their admission by submitting Original Documents at the Help Center. Then, the candidate has to pay the prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other currency up to 12.00 noon on 28th November 2023 at the admitted institute. If any candidate fails to deposit this fee at the admitted institute in the stipulated timeframe, the admission will be treated as canceled. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after the completion of the whole admission process.

After payment of tuition fees, the candidates who have been allotted seats they have to submit their original documents at the appointed Help Centre as under –

1. Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC

2. Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fees at Bank/Online

3. Tuition Fees Receipt generated through Admission Module

4. Print Copy NEET-UG mark sheet of current academic year

5. Std. 10th Marksheet

6. Std. 12th Marksheet

7. Document showing place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate)

8. Domicile Certificate for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar/Executive Magistrate/Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only

9. For SEBC, ST, and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

10. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2021

11. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt:01/04/2021

12. Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual)

13. Fitness Certificate

14. Any other document as per requirement

Candidates should bring an envelope of 11 x 15-inch size (Appropriate size). The details to be mentioned in the envelope is enclosed in the notice below.

The candidate whose allotment has not been upgraded -

The candidate whose allotment has not been upgraded (no change in admitted college) in the eighth round need not report at the help center. The candidate who has participated or not participated in the 8th Round, the admission of the previous round can also be upgraded in the same college by change of admission category (i.e., ST/SC/SEBC/EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat), in such case there is no need to report to the help center for confirmation of admission.

The candidate whose allotment has been upgraded –

The candidate whose allotment has been upgraded (change in admitted college) in the eighth round has to report at the help center for confirmation of admission to get an Admission order for that round. Otherwise, allotted admission to that round will be automatically canceled.

After payment of tuition fees, or difference of tuition fees (in case fees have been paid in the previous round) for confirmation of the admission to upgraded seat, the candidate has to visit the same help center where he had confirmed the admission of the previous round with following documents –

1. Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC of Current Round

2. Original Admission Order of ACPUGMEC of the previous Round

3. Copy of Tuition Fee Receipt of fees payment at Bank for previous Round

4. Original Receipt of Payment of the Difference of Tuition Fees at the Bank, if applicable

5. Difference of Tuition Fee Receipt generated thru the admission Module, if applicable

The candidate will get the new admission order duly signed by the nodal officer of the help center.

For NRI Candidate: The candidate has to confirm the admission by reporting at the Help Center. The candidate has to collect the tuition fees paid at the admitted college of the previous round. Candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other currency up to 12.00 noon on 28th November 2023 at the admitted institute in the Current round. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after the completion of the whole admission process.

As the candidate has been upgraded seat in the current round, his admission to the previous round is automatically canceled. If this candidate fails to confirm the allotment of upgraded seats, the allotted admission of the present round will also be automatically canceled. Thus, the allotted admission of the present as well as the previous round, got canceled.

The allotment result, last rank, canceled seats of round 7, and list of candidates required to report to help center round 08 have also been released. The detailed lists are enclosed in the notices below.
