TN Health Announces Schedule, Seat Matrix For Waitlist Counselling For BSMS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS courses, details
Tamil Nadu: Tamil Nadu Health (TN Health) has announced the schedule and seat matrix for waitlist/ movement counselling for BSMS, BAMS, BUMS and BHMS courses for Govt. & Govt. surrendered seats.
As per the counselling schedule, the process will be conducted on 15.11.2023 from 8:00 am onwards at the Selection Committee, Commissionerate of Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy, Chennai-106.
Eligibility –
1. Those who attended the Counselling and Joined the colleges in the First Phase of Counselling.
2. The candidates who submitted waiting in option form for Government College seats Vacancies.
Not Eligible –
1. Those who are absent for the Counselling and submitted as Opted Out in the First Phase of Counselling.
2. Those who were allotted Govt. / Govt. Surrendered Seats and not Joined in the Respective College.
3. Candidates who joined and discontinued the Course.
4. Signed but not entered to the Counselling Hall.
5. Candidates who are declared ineligible by the All India Ayush Counselling Committee (AACCC) by Govt. of India from time to time.
Procedure and Options –
1. The candidates should report physically for counselling before 8.00 AM with the original processing fee receipt.
2. The candidates will be called according to the merit list.
3. The candidate can opt for the vacant seat which is available during their turn at present.
4. The candidate can opt only for those seats which were not available for them during their turn on the first phase of counselling.
5. The candidate will not be allotted to seat which he didn’t opt for when it was available during the first phase.
6. The candidate will not be allowed to opt for the course in which seats were available in a particular course at the time of his/her Counselling in the First Phase.
7. The candidate who gets allotment to other colleges will not be allowed to join the previous college in which he vacated.
The candidates will have to produce the following at the time of counselling –
1. All original certificates should be produced in college.
2. Fee receipt of first phase counselling (for Rs.500/-).
3. Bonafide Certificate/ Fee receipt or ID card from present studying Colleges who are not having Original Transfer Certificate (TC).
Fees Structure –
1. For Govt. Quota Seats for Government Colleges – Advance Tuition Fee - Rs.5,000/- (Only by Cash)
2. For Government Surrendered Seats for Self-Financing Colleges - Advance Tuition Fee -Rs.10,000/- (Only by Cash)
3. Candidates who are getting Allotment Order Newly have to pay the above fees compulsorily.
4. Those who moving from one to another College NEED NOT TO PAY the Advance Tuition fees again.
Seats vacant –
285 seats are vacant for BSMS, BAMS, and BHMS courses. BSMS has 75 seats, BAMS has 28 seats, BUMS has 16 seats, and BHMS has 166 seats vacant.
