WBMCC Allocates 410 Seats For Stray Vacancy Round 2 For UG AYUSH Courses
West Bengal: 410 seats are allotted for stray vacancy round 2 for UG AYUSH (BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS) courses. The West Bengal Main Computerized Counselling (WBMCC) has released the seat matrix along with a cumulative list of candidates eligible for stray round 2.
The highest seat number is allotted for BHMS, followed by BAMS and BUMS. The seats are under the following categories - OBC-A, Private Management Quota, UR, and SC.

The cumulative list of candidates eligible for stray round 2 has also been declared. The list includes NEET AIR, Name, Domicile Status, Category, and PC Status. The candidates have been eligible for the following categories - OBC-A (Non-Creamy Layer), UR, SC, ST, and EWS. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
Recently stray vacancy round 1 was conducted on 10.2.2023. The candidates were asked to report to the college selected by the candidates. The allotment cum admission process was carried out on the same day from noon until 4:00 pm. The seat conversion process was carried out after 4:00 pm. The counselling process was 1st carried out for UR seats, then for caste seats, and finally for MQ seats as per available vacancy.
The West Bengal University of Health Sciences came into existence on 1st January. From 2003 the University took up the responsibility of Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Post-doctoral courses, including the Ph. D program in Modern System of Medicine, Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Ayurvedic System of Medicine, Unani System of Medicine, Nursing Education, Pharmacy Education, Dental Education, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, and Education on other paramedical courses like Occupational Therapy and Prosthetics-Orthotics in the state of West Bengal.
