Punjab : Baba Farid University of Health Sciences has released the schedule and Tentative Distribution of seats of Chintpurni Medical College, Pathankot for Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counseling scheduled to be held on 28.04.2022 for session, 2021

The Physical Counseling for Special Stray Vacancy Round for admission to 150 MBBS seats for academic session 2021 at Chintpurni Medical College, Pathankot will be held as per the following schedule in compliance to the Hon'ble Supreme Court orders dated 15.12.2020 in Writ Petition (Civil) titled as Nihila P.P Vs MCC & Ors:

In reference to notice no. Ref. U-11011/08.2021-MEC dated 18.04.2022 issued by the DGHS, New Delhi(GoI) the eligibility of NEET UG-2021 aspirants is as under:
1. Eligibility for Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counseling
a) The candidates who are eligible for Special Stray Vacancy Round of State counseling.
 Candidates previously registered on University website but not holding any seat in the previous rounds of NEET UG-21 counseling conducted by AIQ/State Quota.
2. Ineligibility for Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counseling
a) The candidates who are not eligible for Special Stray Vacancy Round of State counseling.
 A candidate already allotted & joined a seat in AIQ/State Counseling.
 A candidate who has been allotted a seat in State Quota MopUp & Stray Vacancy Round and AIQ Mop-Up & Stray Vacancy Round(for MBBS seats conducted from 1st April to 11th April, 2022) by MCC earlier but did not join the allotted seat.
3. Undertaking to be submitted by the candidate participating in Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counseling:
"I agree to participate in the Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counseling of NEET UG-2021. I affirm that I am not holding any seat in the previous rounds of AIQ/State Quota NEET UG-2021 Counseling(s).
I have not been allotted any seat in State/AIQ Quota MopUp & Stray Vacancy Round.
I understand that these seats are precious in nature. Hence, if I have been allotted a seat during the Special Stray Vacancy Round of Counseling, I will be treated as joined candidate."
Important Instructions for candidates:
It is mandatory to bring the following to attend the counseling:
1) The following six month's tuition fee will be collected on the spot at counseling venue in the shape of Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, BFUHS, Faridkot payable at Faridkot, failing which seat shall not be allotted. The refundable security amount deposited in earlier rounds can be adjusted while preparing the requisite amount of Demand Draft:

2) Essential original certificates/documents:
a. NEET UG-2021 Result card
b. Matric (10th Class Certificate) for verification of age
c. 10+1Detailed Marks card for verification that candidate has studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English.
d. 10+2 Detailed Marks Card for verification of eligibility as per Punjab Govt. Notification and NEET UG-2021 Bulletin.
e. Bonafide Punjab Resident Certificate.
f. Exemption certificate (if any)
g. Compulsory affidavit by parent/guardian (in case of minor child) or by the student (in case of major child).
h. Gap Certificate (if any).
i. All other documents required as per MBBS/BDS-2021 Prospectus and NEET UG-2021 Bulletin.
j. Reserve category certificate.
k. Copy of Original Fee receipt (application fee).
l. Certificate from the Head of the institution, where passed 10+1 and 10+2 examination.
