BDS Admissions 2023: DCI releases counselling schedule for candidates, details
Delhi: The Dental Council of India (DCI) has released the counselling schedule for BDS Admissions 2023.
The Dental Council had earlier announced the counseling schedule for BDS round 4 and the stray vacancy round. Now, after a discussion with the Directorate General of Health Services, the corrected counseling schedule has been released on the official website.
As per the new schedule released, round 4, the registration process will begin from 3rd Oct, 2023 to 4th Oct., 2023. The payment facility will be available till 03:00 PM of 4th Oct., 2023. The choice filling and choice locking will be carried out from 3rd Oct, 2023 to 4th Oct., 2023. The seat allotment process will be carried out on 5th Oct, 2023, and the result will be 6th Oct., 2023. The reporting can be done from 7th Oct, 2023 to 10th Oct., 2023.
DCI has further announced the conduction of 2nd online stray vacancy round for all deemed universities/central universities. For this round, no registration is required. The process of choice filling and choice locking will be carried out on 11th Oct., 2023. The processing of seat allotment will be done on 12th Oct., 2023. The reporting process will be carried out from 13th Oct., 2023 to 15th Oct., 2023.
The counseling process for round 3 has begun from today. The process of registration will be carried out till 4th Sept., 2023. Choice filling and locking can be done from 1st Sept., 2023 to 5th Sept, 2023. The processing of seat allotment will be done from 6th Sept. , 2023 to 7th Sept., 2023. The result will be declared on 8th Sept., 2023. On 9th Sept., 2023, the candidates must upload the documents on MCC portal. The reporting will be carried from 10th Sept, 2023 to 18th Sept., 2023.
The stray vacancy round will commence from 21st Sept., 2023. The registration process can be carried out from 21st Sept., 2023 to 23rd Sept., 2023. The choice filling and locking can be done from 22nd Sept., 2023 to 24th Sept., 2023. The processing of seat allotment will be done on 25th Sept., 2023. The result will be declared on 26th Sept., 2023. The process of reporting will be carried out from 27th Sept. to 30th Sept., 2023.
Further, the academic session for BDS courses will begin from 10th Sept., 2023.
