BDS Admissions via Offline mode will be considered null and void: MCC
New Delhi : Through a recent notice, Medical Counselling Committee (MCC has informed the dental colleges that all the BDS admissions shall be made online and the admission letter are generated through intramcc portal other wise they would be declared null and void.
The MCC notice comes after the completion of 2nd Mop Up Round of BDS Counselling. Reporting got completed on 9th May, 2022 as per schedule.
"All colleges/ institutes are advised to ensure that the admissions of candidates allotted to their respective colleges are made 'Online' (on intramcc portal) and Admission Letters are generated through intramcc portal. Admissions which are taken in Offline mode and admission letters not generated through intramcc portal will be considered 'Null & Void'," the MCC stated.
Candidates should also ensure that their Admission Letters are generated online through portal provided by MCC to colleges.
In case any college has taken offline admission, information should be sent immediately to MCC on collegequery.mcc@gmail.com upto 03:00 P.M of 10.05.2022. If no information is received within the stipulated time, it will be deemed that the admissions have been made online and MCC will proceed with the seat processing for Stray Vacancy Round of BDS Seats, the MCC added.
Earlier, the MCC had released the final Result for BS.c Nursing & BDS 2nd Mop Round of NEET UG 2021 Counselling. 2nd Mop-Up Round will be followed by Online Stray Vacancy filling round. Eligible candidates who are not holding any seats can only participate in Online Stray Vacancy Round. There will not be any new registration/ payment option for Online Stray Vacancy Round.
No Fresh Choice Filling facility will be there for Online Stray Vacancy Round. The Choices exercised by candidates in the 2nd Mop-Up Round will be considered for allotment of seats for the Stray Vacancy Round.
