DMER Maharashtra Invites Online Application For Allotment Of Govt Bond Service To MDS Degree Holders Summer-2022 Batch
Maharashtra: The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER Maharashtra) has invited online applications for allotment of Government Bond Service to PG degree holders -MDS (Summer-2022 Batch).
Per the notice, the online application and preferences can be filled out until 28 November 2022, up to 5:00 pm. On 29 November 2022 declaration of allotment of bond service to the candidate and issue of a recommendation letter through Login ID in the Online Bond portal will be made.
All eligible candidates must fill out the online application form on the DMER Bond Service allotment Portal. Suppose any candidate does not fill out the online application form and refuses to get the allotment of bond service. In that case, the said candidate will be deemed uninterested in complying with bond service. Hence for such candidates, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated.
The vacancy position of posts is likely to change anytime. A list of eligible candidates for allotment of bond services is available on DMER's website, www.med-edu.in, with the information.
Candidates note that they will be allotted seats as per preference for posts of Assistant Professor and Dental Surgeon based on marks obtained in the Post Graduate degree examination. As per Government Resolution No.PWPM1011/C.R.352/11/Edu-2, dated 4 April 2012, all posts will be allotted on a merit basis as Open Category.
Candidates will have to take a printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with the requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter.
The candidate must submit the attested photocopy of requisite documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post as per the list given below -
1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age).
2. First, Second, Final BDS (Final part-I & Part-II) mark-sheets
3. Degree Mark sheet / Grade Certificate
4. Attempt a certificate of all BDS examinations from the head of the institution.
5. BDS degree / Passing certificate.
6. MDS Degree /Passing Certificate.
7. Registration certificate of Maharashtra Dental Council or other State Dental Councils in India/DCI with renewal.
8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service. ( will be mailed to the candidates on their registered email id)
Rule of TIE- BREAKER -
Selection of candidate for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure of preparation of merit list as given below -
1. First Level - The Candidate having Highest Mark in the postgraduate examination (MDS) will be preferred; if the tie persists, then -
2. Second Level - The Candidate having the Highest aggregate Mark in the final BDS (part I +II)will be preferred; if the tie persists, then -
3. Third Level - The Candidate having Highest Mark in 3rdBDS will be preferred; if the tie persists, then -
4. Fourth Level - The older candidate will be preferred.
