KNRUHS BDS Admissions 2021: 153 Seats Available For Additional Mo-Up Round, Details
Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS)has released a notification related to exercising web options for an additional Mop-Up phase of counselling and seats available for BDS.
Candidates can exercise web options on the website https://tsbdsadm.tsche.in till 8:00 pm today (7th May 2022). They should take the printout of the options selected. All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list, including the Addendum/corrigendum displayed on the website, are eligible to exercise web options.
Candidates who have secured admission in the previous phases of counselling and joined and continuing in the course, who wish to slid colleges, other categories in the same college can exercise their options.
Non-eligibility criteria –
1. The candidates who have been allotted seats in the previous phases of counselling and who have not joined/discontinued the course after joining are not eligible to exercise options.
2. The candidates who have joined the AIQ/ Deemed Universities counselling course are not eligible to exercise options.
3. The candidates who have joined the course in colleges affiliated with Dr NTRUHS, Vijayawada are also not eligible as the last date for free exit is over.
4. The candidates who have been admitted as stray vacancy by the Institutions under Competent Authority Quota after the Mop-up phase of counselling are also not eligible to exercise options.
The candidates allotted seats have to pay a university fee of Rs. 1000 online. The allotment letter can be downloaded once the fee is paid. Candidates who have paid university fees in the previous phases of counselling need not pay the university fee again.
Tuition fee is to be paid at respective dental colleges. The fee for Government College is Rs. 10000 per year, Private Non-Minority College is Rs. 45000 per year, and Army Dental College is Rs 425000 per year.
Candidates can exercise web options as per their choice of colleges as per their eligibility. There is no limit to the number of options. One time password will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates at the time of exercising web options. The password consists of 6 letter code with English capital A to Z.
Once the seat is allotted, the candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile. They can also log in to check their allotment status on https://tsbdsdm.tsche.in/ website.
If the candidates exercise web options for a seat and are allotted a seat as per their choice in this phase of counselling, and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, they will have to pay Rs. 300000 and also will be debarred for 3 years for BDS admission under KNRUHS.
Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates, relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process.
Suppose the candidates shift from one college to another college affiliated with KNRUHS; in that case, they will have to collect custodian certificates, tuition fees, and bond from the admitted college of previous phases of counselling. The candidates have to report to the Principal of the allotted dental college in this round, submit a custodian certificate and bond, and pay the tuition and college fees to complete the admission process. The original certificates shall be transferred to the admitted college after the closure of admissions.
The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the admission college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per university regulations.
