KNRUHS issues notice on Web Options for mop up round of BDS admissions Under Management Quota, 230 seats available
Telangana: Notification for exercising web-options for Mop-Up phase of online counselling for admission into BDS course under management quota, B & C (NRI) in private dental colleges, including army dental college, has been released by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS). In addition, the vacancies for the Mop-Up round have also been released.
The candidates can exercise the web option till 2:00 pm today (11th May 2022) as per their registration and eligibility for B & C (NRI) categories. And those who have secured admission in the previous phases of counselling and joined the course and continuing in the course, who wish to slide to other colleges also, can exercise their options. The candidates can exercise web options for BDS seats through https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/.
One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of 6 letter code with English capitals A to Z. The candidates need to take the printout of saved options.
Non-eligibility criteria for exercising web options -
1. Candidates who have been allotted seats in the previous phases of counselling and who have not joined/discontinued the course after joining are not eligible to exercise options.
2. Candidates admitted into BDS courses under competent authority quota /AIQ / deemed universities counselling are not eligible to exercise options.
3. Candidates who have joined the BDS course in colleges affiliated to Dr NTRUHS, Vijayawada, are also not eligible as the last date for free exit is over.
Candidates note that they will be considered only for the category/categories to which they have registered (B/NRI).
Management Quota B &C (NRI) seats in army dental colleges will only be allotted to army personnel. The candidates have to exercise options for the B category and, if eligible for C (NRI) in order of priority for the college. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidates.
Once the seat is allotted to any candidate, KRUHS will send the message in the registered mobile number of that candidate. The candidates need to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tspvtmedadm.tsche.in/ website.
Candidates will have to pay the university fees online for the allotted seat. The fee for B-category is Rs 20000 and for C-Category (NRI) is Rs 40000. After the fee payment, the candidates can download the allotment order. Those who have paid the fee in the previous round need not pay again. Tuition fee is to be at respective dental colleges. The tuition fee payable is as notified by the Government of Telangana.
If the candidates exercise web options for a seat and are allotted a seat as per their choice in this phase of counselling, and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, they will have to pay the penalty of Rs. 300000 and also will be debarred for 3 years for BDS admission under KNRUHS.
Selected candidates have to report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process.
Suppose the candidates shift from one college to another college affiliated with KNRUHS. In that case, they will have to collect a custodian certificate, tuition fee and bond from the admitted college of previous phases of counselling. The candidate has to report to the Principal of the allotted dental college in this round, submit a custodian certificate and bond, and pay the tuition and college fees to complete the admission process. The original certificates shall be transferred to the admitted college after the closure of admissions.
The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per university regulations.

Management quota Category -B & C (NRI) vacancies for Mop-Up counselling also released. 230 seats have been allocated for the Mop-Up round. Category B has 151 seats, and Category C has 79 seats allotted.
