KNRUHS Notifies About Exercising Web-Options For Second Phase Counseling For BDS Admissions

KNRUHS Notifies About Exercising Web-Options For Second Phase Counseling For BDS Admissions

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) notified about exercising web options for second phase counseling for BDS admissions under competent authority quota into affiliated government, private dental colleges, including army dental college.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list, including PWD, NCC, and CAP categories candidates on the KNRUHS website, can exercise web options for admission into BDS seats till 4.00 pm on 28.11.2022 through the website https://tsbdsadm.tsche.in/.

Candidates whose names are notified in the provisional final merit list of MBBS/BDS Admissions on the KNRUHS website are eligible to exercise web - options online, subject to the following conditions –

1. The candidates who were allotted seats in the first phase of counseling and have not reported/discontinued the course at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.

2. candidates who have not exercised web options in the first phase of counseling are also not eligible to exercise web options.

3. The candidates admitted after the second phase of the All India Quota Counselling counseling is not eligible to exercise web options.

4. The candidates who were allotted BDS seats in the first phase of counseling and joined the course are also eligible to exercise web options and are informed to exercise web options.

As per the notice, candidates are not permitted to withdraw/discontinue from the course after allotment in the second phase of counseling. Hence the first phase admitted candidates are advised to make a calculated decision to continue in the Second phase of counseling as they will not be permitted to resign from 2nd phase allotted seat. They will also not be allowed to participate in any further AIQ/State counselings after joining in the Second phase as per Hon'ble Supreme Court orders.

University fee –

Allotted Candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs. 12,000/- for BDS Course through a payment Gateway by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter. Candidates who have already paid the university fee in the 1st phase need not pay again.

Tuition fee –

Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Dental colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government of Telangana in GO Ms. No:5, HM& FW (C1)Department, Dated:27. 01.2022 (notified on KNRUHS website).

Detail issued -

1. The allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government orders G.O.Ms.No. 114 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated:05-07-2017, subsequent amendments, GO Ms. No. 125, Health, Dental, and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 22.09.2022, relevant Hon'ble High Court/Supreme court orders and University regulations.

2. There is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for any number of colleges they candidate is interested in joining as per candidates' eligibility. They should take a printout of saved options.

3. The candidates should exercise web options for BDS seats in all colleges in which they are interested in joining, irrespective of available seats shown in the seat matrix, as vacancies will arise during the counseling process due to the sliding of candidates from allotted seats in the first phase of counseling to other seats as per their web options in the second phase of counseling.

4. If a seat is allotted in this phase of counseling as per web options exercised by the candidate, the seat allotted in the 1st phase of counseling will be automatically canceled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore the candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.

5. One-time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. (For details, read construction to the candidates before giving options).

6. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of the seat if allotted. Candidates are also informed to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tsbdsadm.tsche.in/ website after each phase of counseling.

7. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using the Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of the respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

8. Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds, and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be canceled automatically.

9. The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations.

10. If the candidate slides to another college during the second phase of counseling in colleges affiliated with KNRUHS, the original certificates will be sent to the college concerned after the closure of admissions.

11. Candidates have to get relieved from the first phase, join college, obtain a custodian certificate, collect fees and report to the allotted college before the last date of joining.

12. Candidates who do not join the course at the allotted college in this phase of counseling are not eligible for other phases of counseling.

13. Admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after the second phase of counseling. Candidates are also informed that admitted candidates who have joined up to round 2 of All India quota and State Quota shall not be eligible for further rounds of All India Quota and State counseling (Competent Authority Quota and Management Quota).

14. Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs. 20 lakhs as per Government Orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counseling to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for BDS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.
