MCC NEET MDS Counselling 2021: 59 vacant AIQ seats Transferred to States after Round 2, View Admitted candidates list
New Delhi: Due to the non-joining of the candidates in the ongoing NEET MDS counselling, 59 seats of the All India Quota are left vacant. Hence, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a notice informing all the Directorate of Medical Education (DMEs) of all states/UTs regarding the balance seats after Round 2.
Besides, the MCC has also released the list of admitted candidates.
As per the notice, the seats of All India Quota left vacant due to Non-Joining/ Non Reporting/ Resigning (as on 20-10-2021) after Round-2 are being reverted back to the respective states as per the "Time Schedule for completion of Admission Process for PG Dental Courses for All India and State Quota" notified in the Gazette of India in compliance with the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India ruling that "All India Quota seats remaining vacant after the last date for joining will be deemed to be converted into State quota".
It is also to be noted that candidates who join their allotted seat of the All India Quota/ Central University of Round-2 will not be able to resign from their allotted seat and candidates who have joined a seat in Deemed Universities in Round-2 will not be eligible to participate in any further rounds of counselling in compliance with the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 09-05-2017 passed in W.P No. 267 of 2017 Dar-Us- Slam Educational Trust Vs. MCI & Ors.

It is for the information to the DMEs of all the states that the list of candidates has been released who joined in Round-1 & Round-2 of All India Quota, Deemed and Central Universities in PG MDS 2021 Counselling.
As per the notice, It is to be noted that candidates who join their allotted seat of the All India Quota/ Central University of Round-2 will not be able to resign from their allotted seat and candidates who have joined a seat in Deemed Universities in Round-2 will not be eligible to participate in any further rounds of counselling.
