Vijayawada: Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences has issued notification for exercising web options for phase-i counseling for both service and non-service candidates for admissions into the state quota seats/competent authority quota seats of post-graduate dental degree/diploma courses under dr. NTR UHS for the academic year 2022-23.

In continuation to this Office notifications dated.12-08-2022, 06-09-2022 & 09-09-2022, Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada hereby notifies the schedule for exercising Web Options for Phase-I counselling for both Service and Non-service candidates for admissions into State Quota/Competent Authority Quota seats of PG Dental Degree/ Diploma courses under Dr. NTR UHS for the academic year 2022-23:

All the eligible candidates whose names are in the final Merit Position notified in the University Website are only eligible to exercise web options as per the above dates and according to the Seat Matrix displayed in the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in

UNIVERSITY FEE: Candidates to whom allotment message is given have to pay Rs.23,600/- before obtaining allotment letter through payment Gateway by using Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).

TUITION FEE FOR PG DENTAL: The following is the Tuition fee structure to be payable for the State Quota/Competent Authority Quota seats in Private Un-aided Non-minority Dental Colleges as per GO.Ms.No.56, HM & FW (C1) Department, dated 29-05-2020 of Government of Andhra Pradesh:

Category of seat : Private Colleges (SQ/CQ seats)
Clinical Degree/Diploma Rs. 2,97,000/-
Para Clinical Degree/Diploma Rs.2,67,300/-

Note: The fee structure in Private Unaided Non-Minority Colleges is as per G.O.Ms.No.56, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt.29-05.2020 as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.10159 of 2020 and batch, dt.09-07-2020, which is read as "to permit the petitioners/students to pay fee fixed by the Regulatory authority by executing bond in the proforma prescribed by the Andhra Pradesh Private Medical and Dental Colleges Managements Association within the specified time as notified by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada".

As per the directions of Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.21389 of 2021, dt.01-10-2021 "to pay the stipend being paid by the dental colleges under G.O.Ms.No.75 Health, Medical and Family Welfare (C1) Department, dated 06-05-2017 pending further orders"

G.O.Ms. No.136, dt. 12-10-2021 of HM & FW (C1) Dept., of Govt. of AP

G.O.Ms. No.150, dt. 11-12-2021 of HM & FW (C1) Dept., of Govt. of AP

G.O.Ms. No.4, dt. 12-01-2022 of HM & FW (C1) Dept., of Govt. of AP

Instructions to Candidates:

Area wise Seat Matrix is displayed in the University Website for information of the students to exercise their Web options.

Candidates opting for Dental Degree/Diploma courses are informed that, there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise any number of options for any number of subjects and colleges if the candidate is interested to join as per eligibility.

Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the print out of the saved options. Candidates are advised to exercise options in Courses and colleges in which they are really interested. If they are not interested to join any subject or college then they should not exercise options for the same.

Candidate can exercise web options from any place having internet facility One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving Web options.

The selected candidates can download the provisional allotment order on payment of University Fee through payment gateway and report to the Principal of the Allotted College on or before the date specified in the allotment order.

The selected candidates have to produce all the Original certificates, pay the Tuition fee, necessary bonds etc., and complete the process of admission. If the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process in the specified dates of admission, their admission will be cancelled automatically.

The verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission in the respective College and in case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated. If the candidate slides to other college (i.e., affiliated colleges of Dr. NTR UHS) during subsequent Phases of counselling, the original certificates will be sent to the college concerned by the college where the candidate has slided.

Note:1. As per the Notice No.U-12021/01/2022-MEC, dt.12-07-2022 of DGHS, Govt. of India, New Delhi the joined candidates up to round 2 of AIQ or State Quota shall not be eligible to participate in the further rounds of All India Quota or for State Quota seats from the academic year 2022-23 onwards.

2. In this Phase-I counselling, if a seat is allotted, but the candidate has not joined/reported for that seat then this particular speciality seat, will not be available for that candidate to exercise web options in further rounds of counsellings.

3. Next rounds of counselling (exercising web options) will be conducted for:

ï‚· Unfilled seats in Phase-I

ï‚· Not reported / Not joined seats of Phase-I.

The University fee and other fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
