NEET MDS Admissions: MP DME Notifies on Bond Submission, Upgradation option

Madhya Pradesh- The Madhya Pradesh Director of Medical Education (MPDME) has informed regarding the upgradation option and bond submission for the admissions through State Level Joint Counselling National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2025.
Through the notice, MPDME has informed the candidates that the candidates admitted in the first phase who wish to avail the option of upgradation in the second phase or the candidates admitted through first and second phase counselling who wish to avail the option of upgrade for the mop-up phase, will have to execute an affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs. 500/- in the name of the Principal of the concerned college to this effect that in the event of not getting upgraded, the candidate will execute separate Rural Service and Seat Living Bond in the admitted college on a notarized affidavit (0.5% of the amount of the bond).
Meanwhile, all the candidates participating in the admission in the MDS course are informed that an online admission slip will be issued only after selecting one of the options, Yes or No, for upgradation for the second phase at the time of admission at the college level. The facility to edit this option will be available on the candidate's login. This edit facility will be available only for the time period fixed for upgradation in the timetable issued for the first phase counselling.
If a candidate admitted in the first phase wants the option of upgradation in the mop-up phase, then it will be mandatory for him/her to do choice filling in the second phase by giving the option of upgrade after the first phase for the second phase also.
Recently, MPDME released the Merit list of Registered Candidates for the MP State Combined NEET MDS Counselling (MDS Course) 2025.
