NEET MDS Counselling 2024: MCC Notifies On Refund for Security Deposit
New Delhi- The Medical Counselling (MCC) has issued a notice regarding the refund of the security deposit for Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) Counselling 2024 through a notice.
As per the notice, all MDS candidates who have participated in MDS Counselling 2024 are informed that the refund of the Security Deposit to 4102 who are eligible for refund as per MCC rules and regulations / counselling scheme has been made their financial custodian.
Therefore, candidates are advised to note the following-
1 Refunds have been sent to the same account/card from which the security deposit was remitted to MCC.
2 The refund will be credited to the candidate's account within 1 to 15 days, depending on the level of automation in the candidate's bank.
3 If there is an inordinate delay in crediting the refund, the candidate should contact the "Grievance Cell" of his/her bank, quoting the refund reference.
Along with this, MCC has released the list of candidates to whom the security deposit for MDS Counselling 2024 has been refunded. The list contains important details such as Roll no, refund, refund ARN, bank reference no and refund date.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an organisation under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate and super-speciality medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allots seats online on the basis of the candidate's score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility and the preference list submitted by the candidate. Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has been entrusted with the responsibility to hold on-line Counselling for 15% AIQ seats for UG courses, 50% AIQ seats for PG courses & 100% seats in Super-specialty courses (DM/Mch), as per various Gazette notification of NMC, various Court orders & notifications of MoHFW.
