DME Assam Invites Applications from FMGs, Non-FMGs for 1-Year Rural Posting Under National Health Mission, check Details
Assam- Director of Medical Education (DME) Assam is inviting applications for FMGs and Non FMG’s for 1 year of rural posting under the National Health Mission, Assam.
As per the notice in this regard, the applications are invited from the “candidates who are permanent residents of Assam, who have passed their MBBS degree from outside the state of Assam (FMG’s & Non-FMG’s) and who are otherwise eligible as per “The Medical Colleges of Assam (Regulation of Admission into Post Graduate Degree and Diploma courses) Rules, 2021 (Amended upto date) and are willing to undergo one-year Rural Posting under National Health Mission, Assam”.
The application form for undergoing one year of Rural Posting under the National Health Mission, Assam is available on the official website of the Directorate. Therefore, the duly filled-in application form along with the information/documents must be submitted in the Drop Box which will be available in the office of the undersigned on or before 30th September 2024, during office hours by hand.
No further applications will be considered by this office after the submission date. Also, applications sent via Post/ E-mail to the office of the DME, Assam or NHM, Assam will not be accepted.
The following are the list of documents to be submitted along with the application-
1 Permanent Residence Certificate of Assam.
2 ADHAAR Card.
3 MBBS Marksheet.
4 Internship Completion Certificate.
5 AMC/MCI Registration Certificate.
6 MBBS Pass Certificate.
7 Screening Test scorecards for FMGs.
The Directorate of Medical Education, Assam, Training and Research, Assam was established in the year 1984 under the control of the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Assam. It promotes expertise in medical science in different streams like Allopathic, Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic medicine and paramedical science, health care facilities to the people of Assam through different hospitals under the Directorate, and promotes research in the field of medical science in the state of Assam.
