DME Chhattisgarh notifies on Round 2 FMG Internship Seat Allotment, check out schedule, provisional list
Chhattisgarh- Through a notification, the Director of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has informed regarding the seat allocation in institutes to the candidates under the second phase counselling for Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) Internship for the academic year 2025.
As per the notice, the provisional allotment list of seats in the institutes has been released to the eligible candidates on the basis of their preference and institute selection under the second phase counseling for Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) Internship year 2025. Under this, the scrutiny and joining process will be conducted as per the schedule.
According to the schedule, the scrutiny and joining process is starting today, i.e. 23rd June 2025. Therefore, the last date for scrutiny is 30 June 2025 and the joining to the allotted Institute is also 30 June 2025, 05:00 PM. Below is the detailed schedule-

Meanwhile, the concerned candidate should take a printout of the Allotment Letter from his/her login portal and appear at the allotted institute by the above mentioned date with the required original documents and their self-attested copies, get the documents verified and take joining at the institute.
In case of non-reporting on the prescribed date and time, the allotment of the concerned candidate will be considered automatically cancelled.Moreover, all the concerned Medical Colleges are directed to ensure that the allotted candidates verify the following documents-
1 Class 10th mark sheet.
2 Class 12th mark sheet.
3 Eligibility Certificate issued by the Indian Medical Council (NMC) (if applicable).
4 All mark sheets related to the MBBS course, FMGE passing certificate/screening test certificate.
5 Chhattisgarh residence certificate (if applicable),
6 Original affidavit (as per prescribed format), and approve joining for internship only after confirming the required certificates and eligibility criteria.
After joining, ensure to send the list of joining candidates to the Directorate via e-mail within 07 days of the last date of joining and also submit the hard copy in the office.
