DME Chhattisgarh opens round 2 FMG internship, clinical clerkship counselling, apply till June 9th for 949 seats
Raipur: The Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh (DME Chhattisgarh), has commenced the second round of counselling for Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) Clinical Clerkship and Internship 2026 for April Batch, inviting fresh online applications for 949 vacant internship seats across government and private medical colleges in the state.
Eligible FMGs who have qualified the National Medical Commission’s screening test, FMGE, can apply online till June 9, 2026, and participate in the choice-filling process for seat allotment.

Note: Candidates who have already paid the application fee and processing fee during the first round of counselling are not required to pay the fee again. However, their previously submitted choices have been reset and they must complete choice filling again.
Important Instructions
1. Only candidates possessing an FMG Screening Test Pass Certificate/Score Card issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) are eligible to apply.
2. Candidates must upload the following documents:
• FMG Pass Certificate/Screening Test Score Card
• Chhattisgarh Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
• Notarized Affidavit
3. Payment can be made only through:
• UPI (QR Code based)
• Bank Transfer
• Candidates must enter transaction details in the application form after making payment.
The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, irrespective of whether the candidate joins the allotted internship programme or not.
4. All new applicants must upload a notarized affidavit on a ₹50 non-judicial stamp paper in the prescribed format along with the online application. Applications submitted without the affidavit will not be accepted.
5. The entire counselling process, including registration, fee payment, and institution selection, must be completed by the candidate personally. If registration or allotment is cancelled due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the candidate, the responsibility shall rest solely with the candidate. The office or counselling committee will not be responsible.
