DMER allots vacant bond service posts to students of MUHS PG Summer 2020 Batch
Mumbai: In a fresh directive, the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) has notified the allotment of vacant bond services posts to the MUHS PG summer 2020 batch who Could Not be allotted PG Bond service previously due to non-availability of post in some subjects and could not Join bond service previously.
The above decision was taken after a few posts were remaining vacant following the online allotment of Bond service to PG Winter-2020 Batch which was Completed on 17.03.2021. A Provisional Recommendation List For PG (MD/MS) Degree Bonded Services has been released by the DMER.
During a similar previous allotment exercise for the vacant Posts, the posts were allotted in six specialties but the recent notification by the authorities has the allotment recommendations for the students in 19 specialties.
Medical Dialogues has recently reported that in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic, the DMER has decided to extend the Bond service of summer 2020 Batch from 31/03/2021 to 30/06/2021 as per Notice of DMER Dated 16.03.2021. The online allotment of Bond service to PG Winter-2020 Batch was Completed on 17.03.2021.
Now after allotment of Bond Service to Winter 2020 batch, the vacant posts will be allotted to the PG (MD/MS) Degree Summer- 2020 batch who Could Not be allotted PG Bond service previously.
The allotment of bond service to some of summer 2020 students has been published on the DMER website on 09.04.021. The concerned students should download their Recommendation letter from the DMER website (www.dmer.org) by entering respective MUHS PRN Number and Passing Marks.
Further, the notice states that it is mandatory for such student to join the allotted institution within 7 working days after downloading the recommendation letter from the DMER website. Recommended Candidates have been asked to report to the office of the concerned Commissioner/Director/Dean within the period of 09/04/2021 to 23/04/2021.
