DMER Maharashtra Releases List Of Candidates Selected For Allotment of Bond service

DMER Maharashtra Releases List Of Candidates Selected For Allotment of Bond service

Maharashtra: Through a written notice, the Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Maharashtra has released the list of selected candidates for the Allotment of Government Bonded Services (PG Degree Winter/Summer-2021), 2021-2022.

Total 136 candidates have been selected across 17 P.G. courses for the Allotment of Government Bonded Services. M.D. Pharmacology has the highest number of candidates selected, which is 29. Whereas MD P.S.M. has 28, M.S. Surgery has 26, and M.S. Orthopedics has 10 candidates. Rest all are below 10 candidates.

As per DMER, the central committees have been constituted. The process of the central round for allotment of social responsibility service to P.G. holders will be carried out by filling online application form, preferences, and online allotment as per the following schedule. The eligible candidates who are declared to pass in the winter 2021 MUHS exam and those who were waitlisted during the previous bond service allotment process for the MUHS summer 2021 batch should note available vacant posts as below for the combined allotment process.

  • Senior resident and tutors in Government / Corporation / Government Aided Medical Colleges.
  • Specialty medical officers in Mumbai Municipal Corporation (B.M.C.) peripheral hospitals.
  • Specialty medical officer / medical officer in public health department / ESIS, if any.

DMER has notified about the schedule for P.G. degree holders (candidates who have passed winter -2021 batch & summer-2021 waitlisted candidate). The candidate could fill out the online application form and preferences between 12th January 2022 and 16th January 2022. Declaration of allotment of bond service to candidate and recommendation letter web portal issue through login I.D. was made on 17th January 2022.

The vacancy position of posts is likely to change anytime. A list of eligible candidates for allotment of bond services is available on DMER's website www.dmer.org with information.

Candidates will be allotted seats as per subject merit for posts of senior residents, tutors, specialty medical officers, and medical officers on the basis of marks obtained in the PG degree exam. All the posts will be allotted on a merit basis as an open category. All the candidates will have to fill the online application form, and the one who does not fill it will be considered not to be interested in complying with bond service. For such candidates, the recovery process of bond penalty amount will be initiated.

The eligible candidates can fill a maximum of 10 preferences, and a minimum of 1 of the preferences have to be filled. However, if the post cannot be allotted according to the candidate's preferences, the competent authority will allot any available post of the respective subject.

Candidates are requested to print out their recommendation letter and report to the concerned institute with requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter. Candidates can call on helpline number 022-22652193 (10:00 am to 5:45 pm).

The candidates need to submit the following documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post –

  • SSC passing certificate / valid passport for age proof.
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd MBBS mark sheet.
  • Degree mark sheet/grade certificate.
  • Attempt certificate of all MBBS, MD/MS exams from the head of the institution.
  • MBBS degree passing certificate.
  • Permanent registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Council in India /MCI.
  • Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service (to be downloaded from web portal through log-in ID).

The rule for Tie – Breaker –

Selection of candidate for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure of preparation of merit list as given below –

  • 1st level – the candidate having the highest mark in the PG exam (MD/MS) will be preferred.
  • 2nd level - the candidate having the highest mark in the final MBBS (part I + II) will be preferred if the tie persists then.
  • 3rd level - the candidate having the highest mark in 2nd MBBS will be preferred if the tie persists then.
  • 4th level – the older candidate will be preferred.
