DNB Admissions 2021: TN Health extends timeline for submission of Service Proforma
Tamilnadu : Through a recent notice, the TN Health has nofified about the extension to the date and time of submission of Service Proforma by candidates who have yet not submitted the relevant documents to the counselling body with respect to DNB Admissions in the state medical colleges this academic year.
Therefore, all the concerned candidates who seek Admission to DNB Broad Speciality Post MBBS, Post Diploma and Post Mbbs 2 years Diploma courses 2021-2022 Session, are hereby informed that the extension has been made to the stipulated deadline.
"Certain Service candidates have not submitted their Service Proforma on specified time line. In the above regards, various representations received from the Service candidates stating that few Deputy Director of Health Services of certain districts have not forwarded their Service Proforma within stipulated time frame. Considering their representations, it was decided to extent the date and time of submission of Service Proforma," said the notice.
The Service proforma along with relevant certificates/documents should be sent to the email id only: ddpgselcom@gmail.com with mentioning of AR.No / Application No. of the applicant on or before 16.02.2022 upto 05.00 PM, the TN Health added.
