JIPMER notifies on clinical postings, venues of MBBS classes

Puducherry: Through a recent notice, the JIPMER has informed about the clinical postings and venues of classes of MBBS students until further notice.

All the concerned MBBS students are requested to view the said details as released by the medical college on its official website:

The following alternative arrangements have been made in the clinical postings and venues of classes of MBBS students from 26th April 2021 till further orders.

Final year part II (8th semester)

Theory classes 8-9 AM and 2 to 4:30- Mini Auditorium, JAC

Clinical postings:

Surgery - 9 to 11 AM - Lister theatre, Institute Block, third floor

Orthopaedics - Exam hall-2, fourth floor, JAC

Medicine, OG - bedside clinics in the departments

Final year part I (6th semester)

Theory classes 8- 10 AM - JISPH Auditorium 4th floor

Clinical postings:

Ophthalmology — Snellen Seminar Hall, Ophthalmology

ENT - JISPH Auditorium 4th floor

Surgery - clerkship - as usual

Casualty - NTTC Hall 1, fourth floor, JAC

Pulmonary medicine - bedside clinics

Second year (4th semester)

Theory classes - 8-10 AM - Lecture hall, 2nd floor, JAC

Clinical postings:

Medicine posting - Lecture hall, 2nd floor, JAC

Surgery - clinical postings: 11 AM to 1 PM- Lister theatre, Institute Block

Community Medicine - Lecture hall, third floor, JISPH

Dermatology — no change

First MBBS — No change
