JIPMER releases Hall Ticket For Mock Test For MSc, MPH, PBD, PGD, PGF Courses, details
Puducherry: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) has released the link to download the hall tick for mock test for MSC, MPH, PBD, PGD, and PGF courses - 2022 session.
The candidates need to click on the link https://cdn.digialm.com//EForms/configuredHtml/827/77074/login.html. The mock test is scheduled for 9th July 2022 (9:00 am to 10:30 am). The merit list is expected to be published on or before 23rd July 2022. The counselling dates have not been announced. It will be announced in due course of time.
The hall ticket contains -
1. Name and date of birth as typed by the candidate in the application.
2. Photo and signature image as uploaded by the candidate.
3. Examination City allotted and Roll Number. 4. Course and category applied.
Candidates will be allowed to appear for the exam only if they produce the hall ticket, Identity proof in original, and a photocopy of the same. They are not allowed to write anything on the hall ticket. It will be collected at the examination center at the end of the exam. This Hall Ticket is issued subject to the condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature will be canceled.
At the time of counselling the candidates need to submit the following documents –
1. Proof of Date of Birth [10th Standard Certificate (or) Birth Certificate].
2. Consolidated Mark sheet / Statement of marks year-wise or semester-wise of the qualifying examination.
3. Diploma/Degree Certificate (or) Provisional certificate (or) Pass certificate of the qualifying examination for the course applied.
4. Attempt certificate (For MPH course only).
5. Sponsorship certificate, Proforma for Endorsement by the Employer & Sponsorship Certificate by Central/State Govt./Armed Forces (For MPH course - Sponsored candidate only).
6. Experience certificate (if applicable) 7. Community Certificate (For OBC/SC/ST candidates only).
7. Economically Weaker Sections Certificate (For EWSs candidates only).
8. Persons with Disability (if applicable).
9. Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate.
10. Course cum Conduct/Character Certificate.
11. Domicile/ Nativity/ Residence Certificate.
12. Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.
