JIPMER Releases results for PDF, PDCC admissions July 2022 Session, Check out details

JIPMER Releases results for PDF, PDCC admissions July 2022 Session, Check out details

Puducherry: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has released the results for PDF & PDCC courses for the July 2022 session. The entrance exam was held on 28th May 2022.

Based on the online entrance exam performance, the candidates whose names appear in the document attached below have been shortlisted and waitlisted for selection in PDCC/PDF courses. These candidates can download their rank letters from JIPMER official website after 10th June 2022.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, JIPMER will conduct the preliminary verification of certificates for PDCC & PDF courses July 2022 session through online mode. Hence, all the shortlisted and waitlisted candidates must scan and upload their documents for verification.

The merit list includes the following courses –

1. Fellowship Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing

2. Fellowship Infectious Diseases

3. Fellowship Hospital Infection Control

4. Fellowship Stroke Intervention and Advanced Rehabilitation

5. Fellowship Comprehensive Epilepsy Care

6. Fellowship Obstetric Medicine

7. Fellowship Hepato Pancreatic Biliary Surgery

8. Fellowship Gynaecology Oncology

9. PDCC Paediatric Dermatology

10. PDCC Lasers and Dermatosurgery

11. PDCC Diabetology

12. PDCC Hemato Oncology

13. PDCC Paediatric Oncology

14. PDCC Hemato Pathology

15. PDCC Nephro Pathology

16. PDCC Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

17. PDCC Advanced Imaging

18. PDCC Apheresis

All the shortlisted and waitlisted candidates in Annexure-1 must send the scanned copy of the original documents from their registered email ID until 9th June 2022. All the documents should be clearly scanned and saved in a single PDF file as per the order given below. The file should be saved as "candidate's name" and sent to superspecialityjipmer@gmail.com.

The subject of the mail should contain the name of the course for which the candidate has been provisionally selected and the candidate's name. e.g. "Documents for PDF - Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing — Suresh Kumar 5." The body mail should include the candidate's name as mentioned in the rank letter, registration number, entrance exam roll number, the course shortlisted/ waitlisted, and 2 contact numbers.

Candidates unwilling to take the seat should send an email declaring the same at the earliest so that the seat can be offered to the next candidate. The candidates will receive a reply to their mail as confirmation of receiving their mail. This confirmation will only mean that their emails have been received; it does not imply that their documents have been verified and found eligible.

List of documents to be sent -

1. Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or X Std. Certificate).

2. MBBS Degree Certificate.

3. MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificate.

4. DM/MCh/DNB Degree Certificate (if applicable).

5. Character and Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institute last studied.

6. Transfer Certificate OR Migration Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.

7. Permanent Medical Registration Certificate & Registration of Additional Medical qualification from the Medical Council of India (or State Medical Council).

8. Service candidate should send NOC/Relieving Order and a certificate granting study leave with or without pay as the case may be (If applicable).

9. Candidates who are already pursuing any other course at any Institution (including JIPMER) should upload the necessary no-objection certificate from the concerned Institution/authority.

Provisionally selected candidates list will be published on or before 15th June 2022 after preliminary document verification. Candidates can upload their personal details between 15th June 2022 till 20th June 2022. The link to upload details will be provided by JIPMER. Document verification, medical examination, and admission fee payment will be done on 29th June 2022. On 30th June 2022 admission order will be issued. Candidates need to join the department on 1st July 2022.

The candidates note that if they fail to complete the process as per the schedule and instructions, they will be considered not interested. Such candidates' names will be removed from the eligible list, and no further requests will be entertained from such candidates. In such a case, the candidates on the waiting list will be offered vacant seats in the order of merit.
