JnK BOPEE Invites Applications From Candidates For MBBS, BDS Seats Allocated For Spouses, Children Of Terrorist Victims
J & K: The JK BOPEE has invited applications for the allocation of the prescribed seats from Spouse/ child of Civilian Victims of Terrorism from eligible candidates into MBBS and BDS courses.
It is mentioned in the notice that all the eligible NEET UG-2021 qualified candidates who want to be considered for allocation of MBBS/BDS seats of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India from Central Pool for spouse and children of terrorist victims of UT of J&K/Ladakh for the academic year 2021-22 should follow the given instructions.
The candidates shall apply and submit the application form on website of the Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in) only upto 21.01.2022 (4.00PM):-
Priority-I: | Children whose both parents have been killed by terrorists. |
Priority-II: | Children of families whose sole bread earners have been killed by the terrorists. |
Priority-III: | Wards of victims with permanent disability and serious injury caused by terrorist operations. |
The following steps are to be noted:
1. The candidates who have already applied under any of the above priorities shall not apply again.
2. No application shall be entertained after cut-off date (21.01.2022), under any circumstances.
3. The candidates shall have to submit an undertaking on judicial paper to the effect that none of his family member has availed any benefit under Priority I, II & III in which he/she is eligible under Central Pool of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
4. The candidates who have already applied under Priority II & III of Notice No.078-BOPEE of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 issued by the J&K BOPEE, are advised to wait till the seats are allocated for candidates of UT of J&K/Ladakh under Central Pool by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India for academic session, 2021-22, which shall be notified separately.
5. Mere submission of applications shall not confer any right to the applicant for his/her selection, which shall be made by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India in accordance with the rules/procedures on the subject and not by the BOPEE.
