MBBS, PG Medical, SS, AYUSH exams: Delhi University Revises fees, Remuneration for examiners
New Delhi: Through a recent notification, the University of Delhi has revised the remuneration, examination fees, and TA/DA for examiners conducting MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, MD/MS, DM/M.Ch examinations.
Issuing a notification in this regard on 19.02.2024, Prof. Ajay Kumar Arora, the Controller of Examination at D.U informed about the new rates of remuneration, examination fees etc.
As per the revised rates, the examiners will get Rs 900 per paper for setting Question paper, Rs 1000 for being coordinator/moderator of a question paper, Rs 25 each paper or minimum Rs 200 for evaluation of theory paper etc.
Each of the examiners will get Rs 1500 for examining of Thesis (MS/MDS/DM/MCh courses), Rs 3000 plus conveyance for conducting practical/viva voce examination, Rs 3000 plus TA in case of outside examiner.
The fees for examinations have also been revised. Students will have to pay Rs 4500 each per semester or per professional year examination and Rs 4500 each for supplementary examination. For Thesis submission in case of MD/MS/DM/MCh courses, they will have to pay Rs 15000 each and an additional Rs 1000 per day for late fees.
"The Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, University of Delhi has been approved the revision of remuneration, Examination Fes, TA/DA for the Examiners. These revised rates are applicable for conducting B.Sc. (MT), Radiology, B. Tech., BC.. BAMS, BUMS, NHMS, MBBS, M. Sc. (MIT), M.Sc. (Respiratory Therapy), MPH, MD/MS, Diplomas (DGO, DCH, DHA, DRM, DDVL, DA) & DM/M.Ch. & Super-Specialty examinations," read the notification.

"These rates are effective with immediate effect," stated the notification.
