MCC Initiates Refund Process For MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing 2022-23 candidates
Delhi: Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has initiated the refund process for candidates who participated in MCC UG counseling 2022 (MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing).
As per the notice, the eligible candidates are advised to check their remitted bank account/cards from where the candidates initially deposited the security deposit amount. A refund of the security deposit to the eligible candidates will be completed by the end of this month. A list of candidates' refunds issued will be uploaded on the UG Counseling website of MCC https://mcc.nic.in/#/home.
Further, candidates having refund-related queries can contact financemcc@lifecarehll.com. Direct queries to MCC regarding Refund/ Payment will not be entertained. For more details, the candidates must visit the MCC UG Counseling website and UG Counseling Information Bulletin 2022.
The NEET (UG) is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) since 2019 with the approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Ministry of Human Resource Development, in pursuance of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide Judgment. It is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various UG courses.
The Medical Counselling Committee is an organization under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allows seats online based on the thecandidate'ss score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility, and the preference list submitted by the candidate.
