MCC notifies on security deposit refund process, Consolidated lists of eligible NEET, NEET PG 2021 candidates
New Delhi : Through recent notices, Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed to all candidates regarding the security deposit Refund process for candidates who have participated in NEET PG 2021 and NEET 2021 counselling. The consolidated refund lists of eligible candidates are attached for information.
NEET PG Candidates are advised to note the following:
1) Refunds have been sent to the same Bank/Card Account from where the security deposit was remitted.
2) Depends upon the level of automation, banks will take 1 to 10 days to credit the refunds from the date of refund.
3) If the refund is not credited in 10 days, the candidate should take up with the "Customer Grievance Cell" of the candidate's banker since the refund may be lying with them in "Suspense Account".
4) Candidates who have raised Charge Back Claim should approach their card issuer for refund and also refer to Chapter 10 Question No.56 in Information Bulletin.
NEET UG Candidates are advised to note the following:
