Telangana: All the aspirants who are intending to pursue MD, MS and PG diploma courses at medical colleges affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) can now check out all the necessary admission details as released by the institute.

Application forms online are invited from NEET PG 2021 qualified candidates for admission into the Post Graduate Medical Degree / Diploma courses for the academic year 2021-2022

The duration of P.G. Diploma courses is 2 years and P.G. Degree courses is 3 years, In the case of students having a recognized two year Post Graduate Diploma course in the same subject, the duration of Degree course shall be two years.

The details pertaining to the competent authority quota of PG medical seats, fees, eligibility criteria, application procedure are mentioned below. The candidates are advised to go through the said details to avoid any confusion before applying for the PG medical courses at KNRUHS.

Below mentioned details are for online registration for web-based counselling to determine State Merit position for admission into Competent Authority Quota seats only. Provisional Final Merit list will be notified after scrutiny of all Certificates uploaded at the time of online registration.

The total number of seats available under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2021-2022 will be notified before exercising web options for counselling.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

Date of issue of Notification for admission to PG Medical Degree/Diploma Courses for the year 2021-22.

8.00 A.M. on 20-11-2021 to 27-11-2021 up to 5 P.M.

Date of release of provisional final merit list after verification of certificates

Note: 1 No further Notification will be issued by the University unless there is any change in the schedule. No Individual intimations will be sent.

2. Printout of application along with all enclosures should be submitted at the time of verification.

3. Candidates are informed to check the KNRUHS website regularly for notifications and information.

4. If the candidate faces any difficulty for submitting the online application, the following numbers may be contacted:

NUMBER OF SEATS UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA:

a. The number of seats to be available for the academic year 2021-22 in Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses after excluding seats contributed to All India Quota from Government Medical Colleges and Competent authority quota seats in Private Medical colleges will be in accordance with the orders of the MCI / GOI / Govt. of Telangana.

The seat matrix for Competent Authority Quota seats for academic year i.e., 2021-22 will be displayed in the KNRUHS website before exercising web options for counseling.

b In case any new PG Medical seats are permitted by Government of India in colleges affiliated to the KNRUHS for the Academic Year 2021-22, those seats also will be filled up. NO FURTHER NOTIFICATION WILL BE ISSUED.

Eligibility

a. The Candidates who fulfil the following criteria are Eligible for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree and Diploma Courses. They have to apply online and upload the original Certificates for Competent Authority Quota seats in colleges Affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Sciences, Warangal.

b. The candidates qualified in NEET-PG-2021 examination with the following cutoff scores and above as per Notice dated: 28.09.21 of National Board of Examinations, New Delhi as per section (10) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 are eligible to apply.

c. The rules for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree and Diploma courses under Competent Authority Quota have been issued by Government vide G.O.Ms. No. 155 Dated: 18-11-2021. These rules are strictly applicable for eligibility criteria , seat matrix, reservations and selection procedure.

d. The Candidate should be citizen of India. Candidates who satisfy the Local or Non-local status as per G.O.P.No. 646 Education (W) Department, Dated 10-7-1979 (Presidential Order) only are eligible to apply for PG Medical admissions. The rules of admission have been superseded and notified in G.O.Ms.No. 27 HM&FW (C1) Dept. Dated:10-04-2017 and subsequent amendments. The rules of admission have been further been superseded and notified in G.O.Ms.No. 155, HM&FW (C1) Dept. Dated: 18-11-2021. Relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court & Hon'ble High Court orders shall also be followed.

e. Candidates who have studied MBBS in the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and Obtained Degree are Eligible.

f. Candidates who are Domicile of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh and Studied MBBS/Equivalent course and obtained Degree from other states in india / other country are eligible.

g. MBBS Degree should be recognized by the MCI/NMC.

h. Must have studied MBBS in any one of the Medical Colleges in India.

i. MBBS Graduates pursuing internship should have completed internship on or before 31-09-2021 from recognized colleges (by MCI/NMC).

j. In case of in service candidates, Government service rendered shall be calculated as on 31-09-2021.

k. Candidates must have registered with State Medical Council and subject to the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in Regulations and its documentary proof should be uploaded along with the online application.

l. Candidates must pay fee for verification of certificates with regard to equivalence / equivalency as specified in the regulations along with the registration fee. The verification fee and registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for determining merit position in respective categories for State quota seats using NEET PG – 2021 rank.

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed any relevant information regarding this matter, such candidate is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her will be initiated by the University as per rules.

m. Eligibility conditions in Respect of Candidates who are Domicile of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh and Possessing foreign Medical degree.

i. The candidate shall satisfy Local / Non local status as per GO.No.646 Edu.(W1) department dated 10-07-1979 and Presidential order. The candidates who are eligible as Non local status candidates do not have any reservations. The Non-local candidates are eligible for 15% unreserved seats only. The local candidates are also eligible for 15% unreserved seats.

ii. If the candidate is having a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS (Primary Medical qualification) from outside India, the Degree should have been recognized by Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission for enrolment as Medical Practitioner in the Country and registered by MCI.

iii. Candidate must have Permanent Registration with Medical Council of India / any State Medical Council and certificate should be uploaded along with the application.

iv. Candidates must pay equivalency fee for verification of Degree certificate obtained outside the State as specified in the regulations along with the Registration fee. The Verification fee and Registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore candidates are advised to check eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying for determining merit position in respective categories for State quota seats as per NEET PG – 2021 scores.

v. Candidates who are undergoing postgraduate degree/diploma and DNB courses are not eligible to apply for postgraduate degree/diploma and DNB courses.

Procedure of filling online application, uploading of certificates and Procedure for online payment:

PROCEDURE TO FILE ONLINE APPLICATION

1. Open the website https://tspgmed.tsche.in Home page displayed as follows.

There are 4 steps to register for PG admission program i.e

a. Mobile and Email Registration,

b. Candidate Registration (Payment of fee),

c. Updating of data

d. Uploading of Certificates.

2. Monitor Resolution to be set to maximum, Best viewed in 1920 X1080 pixels.

3. Click on the Mobile and Email Registration. The candidate should have a valid /working Mobile and Email Id. OTP will be sent to registered Mobile and Email Id at different stages. The candidate should keep the Mobile and Email Id active till completions of the counselling process. The candidate has to enter OTP's received to mobile and Email Id for registration and Verification of Mobile and Email Id.

4. After entering the details click on validate button.

5. If all the details entered are correct and verified with OTP's your system will display a successful message and proceed to registration form

6. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details.

7. After entering the details click on validate button it will take you to the Payment Gate way for payment fee.

8. If all the details entered are correct your system will display payment reference number Button to proceed for payment. Depending on your caste category the Registration fee is varied. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions mentioned in the Prospectus yourself and pay the fee.

9. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway,

11. After payment you will receive a Successful Payment message on the screen and you will receive the Registration number to your mobile. Please note down the registration number for further correspondence

12. For updating the details of the candidate enter Roll Number and the Registration number and click on validate button to enter into the Application form.

13. The application form will be displayed as shown below. You have to fill the details and upload Passport Size Photo and Signature(Note: Scanned photo and Signature should be less than 100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format)

14. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered are correct. Then click on Upload Certificates Button to proceed for document attachments.

15. Click Upload Certificates. You will be directed to upload Scanned PDF Certificates (Note: The size of eachPDF document should be less than 500 KB)

16. After uploading all the required certificates, Click on Print Application, You will get your filled in application form, take printout of this form for further assistance.

Do's and Don'ts

  • Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers.
  • Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.
  • Avoid using slow internet facility.
  • Keep your mobile with you while Applying and do not block SMS.

CLOSURE OF ADMISSIONS:

  • The admissions shall be closed as per the schedule notified by the University as per MCI/NMC Regulations.
  • Any vacancy after the date of closure of admissions shall not be filled. They will not be carried forward to the next year as per the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of `India.

COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE:

The course shall commence as per the schedule notified by the Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission. The duration of the course shall be calculated from the date of commencement of the course and shall be uniform for all the candidates irrespective of individual dates of admission.
