3 Seats Added For INI SS January 2024 Session At AIIMS Bilaspur: AIIMS
Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced addition of seats for INI SS (DM/MCh, MD Hospital Administration) January 2024 session at AIIMS Bilaspur.
A total of 3 seats are added at AIIMS Bilaspur. The seats are added in open category. 1 seat each are added for DM Endocrinology, DM Neonatology, and MCh Paediatric Surgery. Previously no seats were added in these courses.
On 28th October 2023, the online written test was conducted. The date of announcement of result and further process of counselling schedule has not been announced yet. The seat allocation process is to be conducted on a stage performance evaluation basis (stage I and stage II). Stage I applicable to all participating Institute and stage II Applicable to all AIIMS only.
Two sperate merit list will be prepared, the Common Merit List (CML) and AIIMS Merit List (AML). The CML will be used for the allocation of seats in all INI except AIIMS as per the method of allocation described in the prospectus. AML will be used for allocation of seats in all AIIMS only.
The entrance test for admission into DM/MCh/MD Hospital Administration Courses at Institutes of National Importance (INI) for Medical Education namely, AIIMS-New Delhi and all new AIIMS, JIPMER-Puducherry, PGIMER-Chandigarh, NIMHANS-Bengaluru and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology- Thiruvananthapuram is held twice in a year for January and July session of respective year. The common entrance test is known as Institute of National Importance Super-Specialty Entrance Test (INI-SS).
AIIMS, New Delhi is the authority for deciding of all aspects related to Combined Entrance Test such as application, conduct of exam, declaration of results. Seat Allocation is done by AIIMS New Delhi as per policy, rules & regulations of respective INI’s. Seat allocation &Admission into any of the participating INI will be governed by the rules and regulation of respective Institute as applicable and will be administered by the Head of Institutions of respective INIs.
