321 MBBS seats available for Phase 2 counselling, Dr NTR University of Health sciences issues notice for candidates

321 MBBS seats available for Phase 2 counselling, Dr NTR University of Health sciences issues notice for candidates

Andhra Pradesh : Through a recent notice, the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has informed about the total number of seats available for second round of MBBS counselling. Besides the university has released instructions for candidates who are vying to appear in the phase 2 counselling session.

The Candidates for the 2nd phase web based counseling for admission into MBBS Course under competent authority quota seats for the academic year 2021-2022 are advised to take note of the following details.

The candidates who are present in the Provisional Final Merit Position list displayed in the website on 03.03.2022 phase of counseling

The details of seats are available as follows :-

The selections will be made strictly As per the G.O.Rt.No.550, dated.30.07.2001 as amended vide G.O.Rt.No.111, dated.13.08.2019 and G.O.Rt.No.159, Higher Education (E.C) Department, Dated.13.11.2020.

The seats reserved for Sports & Games quota will be filled after receipt of final priority list from SAAP Authorities.

The unfilled seats (except Sports & Games Quota) also be converted and filled as per rules

The candidates who did considered for

The web options of candidates who joined in the allotted college and the candidates who were not allotted any seat will be considered for the available vacancies in the counselling for upgradation / sliding to other college basing on the ALREADY EXERCISED BY THE CANDIDATES during this phase of counseling will be added and allotted simultaneously during this phase of counseling. The allotted seat automatically, per his/her option

If a candidate is allotted a seat in MBBS course as per his/her options and does not join the course counseling to prevent seat blocking.

Candidates who have joined the course in All India Quota / Deemed Universities Counseling are not eligible for Court of India and Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) of Government of India.

Candidates will receive the message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if seat is allotted. The candidates https://ug.ntruhsadmissions.com/

Candidate can download the provisional allotment order on payment of University Fee Rs.10,600/- through payment gateway. The students can login and view the college wise list of selected candidates in the website. Candidates who have paid university fee in the Phase-I need not pay again.

Candidates are informed to check their final allotment in Phase-II web based counseling and take the printout of allotment letter from the web and report to the respective colleges on or before the date specified on the Provisional allotment letter.

a. Candidate who has already joined and now slide to another college is deemed to be relieved from the previous college and shall report to the Principal of newly allotted college with the following documents.

• Allotment letter of 2nd phase counseling

• Custodian certificate issued by the previous college

• Admission letter issued by the previous college affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS and pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will lose the admission. The candidate also informed to intimate the Principal of earlier college about the allotment in 2nd phase counseling through mail/mobile.

b. Candidates who are allotted seat in the 2nd phase have to download the allotment order from the portal by paying University fee Rs. 10,600/- through payment gateway or net banking and report to the allotted college with all original certificates, provisional allotment order and provisional verification copy and pay the tuition fee and college fee.

The original certificates will be verified at the college and in case of any discrepancy the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University regulations.

If the candidate slides to other college during 2nd phase of counselling, the original certificates will be sent to the newly allotted college by the previous college.

The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

If any candidate continuing in a college wants to withdraw from the course can submit their request to the Principal for University's permission on or before a particular date to the notified. Such candidates are not eligible for further phases of counselings.
