73 BDS, BAMS seats available as 1:10 Stray Vacancies: CENTAC
Puducherry: 72 seats are available as 1:10 stray vacancies for UG NEET BDS and BAMS courses. CENTAC has announced this through a written notice. The process of submitting the willingness by the candidates for this round closed on 13th May 2022.
Detailed seat matrix –
1. MGPGIDS, PDY – 2 (SS/MQ)
2. MINDS, MAHE – 23 (GQ)
3. SVDC, PDY - 32 (SS/MQ)
4. Rajiv Gandhi Ayurvedha Medical – 15 (BAMS GQ)
The candidates who have not been admitted to any UG NEET-based courses so far will only be considered for this round. In this round, the admission is carried out by concerned colleges. After 13th May 2022 at 11.30 am, the candidates were asked to contact the concerned colleges for admission.
The selection process of the candidates who want to take admission to the colleges will base on the following criteria -
1. All the eligibility criteria should match those set by the exam committee.
2. Correct information must be filled in during the online application, and proper documents must be submitted.
3. Once the form is submitted, the merit list will be prepared as per the marks of the candidates in NEET.

The detailed counselling process is yet to be announced by CENTAC. The candidates can keep track of https://www.centacpuducherry.in/# for further updates on this round.
NEET-UG counselling is conducted by the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC). It is a common admission portal for all the colleges of Puducherry and is established by the Government of Puducherry. Under this, the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and appeared in such a qualifying examination are eligible for admission. There are various courses under its umbrella.
