ACPPGMEC Round 2 NEET PG Counselling 2021: Check out schedule, newly added seats, all details here
Gujarat: Through a written notice, Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) has informed about round 2 NEET PG Counselling.
The following details include online choice filling and allotment schedule, the process for participation, instructions for admission confirmation, guidelines for choice filling, newly added seats in round 2, PG fees for newly added seats, fee structure, management quota seat converted and non -reported seat list of round 1, cancelled list of candidates round 1.
NEET schedule 2021 (choice filling, display of choice and seat allotment, payment of fees, document verification) –
1. Choice Filling – 10th February 2022 (10:00 am) till 15th February 2022 (3:00 pm).
2. Display of Choices filled by candidates – 15th February 2022 up to 12:00 am.
3. Display of Seat Allotment – 16th February 2022 at 12:00 pm.
4. Online Payment OR Payment of Fees at designated branch Axis Bank – 16th February 2022 (12:00 pm) – 19th February 2022 (3:30 pm).
5. Reporting & Original Document Submission at Help Center – 17th February 2022 (10:00 am) – 21st February 2022 (4:00 pm).
According to ACPPGMEC, all the candidates included in the merit-list can participate in round 2 except the candidates who have secured admission in 50% AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities/AFMS (MD/ MS/ Diploma) seats or DNB seats or seats of other state counselling. Candidates need not cancel the admission of round 1 to participate in round 2.
Online consent is needed for round 2 and subsequent rounds; otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process. The online consent can be given by logging in to the website www.medadmgujarat.org and using the user id and password.
According to the candidate's merit, the seats available for admissions in round 1 will not be available in round 2 or any subsequent rounds. Candidates are requested to see the last rank of result of round 1 on the website: www.medadmgujarat.org.
ACPPGMEC has further notified that the candidates can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices of round 1. If the candidate's admission is upgraded to a new seat, then print out of the allotment order of round 2 has to be taken. Then the candidates need to visit the nearby help centre to get their new admission order. If the candidate does not visit the help the centre within the stipulated time, their new admission will get cancelled. In this case, the candidate does not have admission to any seat.
If the candidates confirmed the admission of round 1 and have given consent to participate in round 2 and have been allotted a different seat, the admission of round 1 will automatically cancel. Suppose the candidates confirmed the admission of round 1 and have consented to participate in round 2 and have not been allotted any new different seat. In that case, the admission of round 1 will continue.
For the candidate who has participated or not participated in round 2, the admission of round 1 can also be upgraded in the same college and same subject by change of category or change of quota. In this case, there is no need to report to the help centre for confirmation of admission. The candidates, who have confirmed their admission of round 1 by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotments have not been upgraded in round 2 need not report to the help centre.
The candidate, whose allotment has been upgraded in round 2, have to report to the help centre for confirmation of admission of round 2. For such candidates, payment of the difference in tuition fees can be made online or by cash or by demand draft in favour of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC, during banking hours. Fees will be adjusted according to payment of tuition fees for admission of round 1. The excess amount will be refunded at the end of the admission process.
ACPPGMEC has specified that round 2 admissions will be given on newly added seats, non-reported seats of round 1 & cancelled seats after round 1 and subsequent vacant seats due to allotment on above seats. At the time of declaration of the result of round 2, the list of candidates who required reporting during round 2 will be uploaded on the website.
Prior appointment is needed for document verification at help centres. When printing the allotment letter candidate can select the date and time for visiting the help centre. For securing admission to round 2, the candidate must report to the same help centre as reported in round 1 with required documents. For confirmation of admission, take the admission order of round 2 from the help centre.
Candidates can pay the tuition fees online or by cash or by demand draft favouring "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC during banking hours. There is a total of 34 branches of Axis Bank across Gujarat. Online allotment of seats will be done based on merit cum choice. The candidate can choose based on the course of choice, choice of the institute, Government or Self-financed Institute, and tuition fees. In the choice filling of round 2, choices available for candidates/allotment of seats will be carried out as per the closure of round 1.
Suppose a candidate is failed to confirm admission on the allotted seat due to any reason. In that case, such candidates shall not be allotted the same type of seats in the same institute in the successive rounds of counselling.
As the result of All India Quota round 2 is to be announced by the Government of India, the students who want to cancel their admission in State Quota round 1 will be able to cancel their admission.
Choice filling option details –
1. Click on Candidate Registration/Login. A new window will appear on the computer screen.
2. Enter user ID (Sr No. of PIN), Password, 14 Digit PIN, Captcha & Click on Submit button. A new window will appear on the computer screen.
3. Click on choice details 3 options will be displayed (available choice, fill choice, the print choice will appear). Available choices available can be seen. Fill choice. After locking the choice take printout.
4. Candidates need to check annual fees and term fees. Candidates have to pay term fees at the time of admission.
5. Click on fill choice to start the process for choice filling. A new window will appear on the computer screen.
6. Box 1: Filter choices by branch, subject, institute type, seat type and institute.
7. Box 2: Add choices. Unlimited number of choices can be filled.
8. Box 3: Candidates can move and delete choices according to their preferences.
9. Box 4: Arrange choices by serial number.
10. Candidate can add choices from left side panel to right side.
11. Blue: Govt. Institute / Green: SFI institute.
12. GQ: Government Quota/ MQ: Management Quota/ NQ: NRI quota.
13. After the save and exit choices page, the candidate can review choices. Click on modify choices to modify choices. After typing 14-digit PIN no., lock choices after clicking on lock choices.
14. Box 1: Take a printout of locked choices.
15. Box 2: Un-Lock and modify filled choices after entering 14-digit PIN No. to modify the choices.
NRI candidates have to confirm admission by reporting at Help Center. The candidates will have to collect the tuition fees paid at admitted college in round 1. The candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or equivalent amount in any other currency at the admitted institute in round 2 on or before 24th February 2022. The whole deposit amount of Rs. 10.00 lakh will be refunded after the completion of the whole admission process.
The candidates, who have confirmed their admission of round 1 by paying term fees and submitting all required original documents, and whose allotments have been upgraded in round 2 have to submit allotment letter of round 2, original admission order of round 1, photocopy of the receipt of payment of tuition fees / token amount for round 1, and original receipt of payment of difference of tuition fee, if applicable.
Process of admission for NRI candidates -
1. The candidate has to pay Rs. 10.00 lakh refundable deposit by online payment or by cash or by demand draft in favour of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at designated branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC.
2. Then the candidate has to confirm the admission by submitting Original Documents Help Center.
3. Pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or equivalent amount in any other foreign currency at the admitted institute on or before 24th February 2022. The whole deposit amount of Rs. 10.00 lakh will be refunded after the completion of the whole admission process.
Documents to be submitted at the help centre –
1. Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC.
2. Tuition Fee Receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) fees for SFI Colleges / Rs. 85,800 (fees + deposit) for Govt. Colleges at Axis Bank.
3. All year MBBS mark sheets.
4. 12 months internship completion certificate.
5. Copy of NEET-PG-2021 mark sheet.
6. Document showing place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship.
7. Provisional Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India OR Permanent Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India.
8. Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only (SEBC, ST and SC).
9. Non-creamy layer certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after 1st Aril 2019 (SEBC).
10. EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after 1st Aril 2019 (EWS).
11. Copy of Passport - if Citizenship is Dual / Foreign.
12. Print out of tuition fees consent.
13. Photo Copy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
14. Undertaking for joining to state quota seat.
A total of 10 seats are added across 5 courses. The highest number of seats is added to Microbiology which is 4.

1. Microbiology – 4
2. Psychiatry – 3
3. Radiation oncology – 1
4. Respiratory Medicine – 1
5. Obstetrics & Gynecology – 10
Detailed fee structure for newly added seats -
1. Parul Institute of Medical Science and Research, Po: Limda, Ta: Waghodiya, Dist: Vadodara (PREMED) - MD-Psychiatry - Rs 15.9 lakh (GQ).
2. Govt. Medical College, Baroda (BHED) - MD-Radiation oncology and MD-Respiratory Medicine - Rs 1.14 lacs (GQ).
3. Dr. M.K. Shah Medical College & Research Centre, Ahmedabad (MKMED) - Rs 10 lakh (GQ)
4. GMERS Medical College, Sola, Ahmedabad (SOLMED) - MD-Psychiatry - RS 8.75 Lakh and MS-Obstetrics & Gynaecology Rs 16.88 lakh (MQ) and Rs 33.75 (NRI).
According to ACPPGMEC, in the courses of Biochemistry, Physiology, and Anatomy total of 7 management quota seats have been converted to government quota seats. Total 375 seats have been non-reported in round 1 of NEET PG.
The cancelled list for round 1 has been shared as of 10th February 2022. Total 12 candidates are there in the list.
