AFMS To hold Mop-Up Round For NEET PG Priority-III, Priority-IV Candidates On 13th October, details
Pune: Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) has announced the conduction of a mop-up round for Priority-III and Priority-IV NEET PG candidates on 13th October 2023. The detailed seat matrix has also been released.
As per the notice, the counseling will be held in online mode. Priority-III/ Priority-IV candidates desirous of attending the mop-up round are required to forward a scanned copy of the following documents by e-mail to neetpge@gmail.com with the subject ‘NEET PG ROLL NO XYZ: PRIORITY-III AFMS MOP UP COUNSELING NEET PG-2023’/ ‘NEET PG ROLL NO XYZ: PRIORITY-IV AFMS MOP UP COUNSELING NEET PG-2023’. The documents will be accepted till 10 Oct 2023, 04:00 PM (1600 hrs).
The documents needed are –
1. NEET PG-2023 Admit Card
2. Duly signed and stamped sponsorship certificate with choice of subjects permitted by sponsoring authority in the prescribed format as mentioned in Appx A of the Information Bulletin for PG admission 2023 - Priority-III
3. Copy of release order from AFMS by DGAFMS/ Concerned Medical Directorate - Priority-IV
4. NEET PG- 2023 Score Card
5. MCC Registration Slip
The following candidates are eligible to participate in the mop-up round –
1. Candidates who had opted out in the first round of AFMS PG counseling for Priority III/Priority IV candidates.
2. Candidates registered with MCC under Priority III/Priority IV in the subsequent rounds of All India counseling.
3. Candidates not allotted/joined any seats in other medical colleges.
The candidates need to specify the following in the e-mail –
1. E-mail ID registered for NEET PG-2023 with NBE
2. Mobile No registered with NBE for NEET PG-2023
3. Alternate Mobile No (Please note that one of the mobile nos provided should have WhatsApp installed)
The subject of the e-mail must be as specified above. Any requests received after the stipulated time will not be accepted. Not abiding with the contents of this notice may result in the candidate not being called for the AFMS mop-up round of PG counseling 2023.
Seats vacant –
A total of 21 seats are vacant for the mop-up round. The seats are vacant at AFMC Pune, Army Hosp (R&R), Delhi, INHS Asvini, Mumbai, and CH (EC), Kolkata.
