AIIMS cancels candidature of 44 applicants for INI CET July 2026 open round

New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has cancelled the candidature of 44 applicants for the Open Round of INI-CET July 2026 seat allocation after they failed to provide the required payment or transaction details despite being allowed to reconcile their payments.
The decision has been communicated through a notice issued by the AIIMS Examination Section for admissions to MD, MS, DM (6 years), MCh (6 years) and MDS courses at participating Institutes of National Importance.
The latest notice follows an earlier notice, under which provisionally eligible candidates for the INI-CET July 2026 Open Round were given another opportunity to submit their payment and transaction details.
The exercise was aimed at reconciling transactions of candidates who had either not uploaded the required payment details or had submitted incomplete or invalid information.
However, AIIMS said it did not receive any response from a few of the candidates listed in the notice.
Following the non-submission of the required information, AIIMS has now cancelled the candidature of these applicants for Open Round seat allocation.
The institute has categorically stated that no further claim will be entertained in this regard, effectively closing the opportunity for the affected candidates to participate in the Open Round under the present admission cycle.
The list consists of a total of 44 candidates whose candidature has been cancelled. Of these, 40 candidates had applied for MD/MS/MCh (6 years)/DM (6 years) courses, while four candidates were seeking admission to MDS courses.
The list includes candidates' IDs, roll numbers, ranks and the courses for which they had applied.
